Do not use this cleaners!!! If you are currently using this cleaners then stop and try somewhere else. I have now had two bad experiences here in the last two years. Words can not explain how bad I wish i could make them go out of business. The first time they stained one of my shirts I didnt notice it until I put the shirt on. So it was a couple days later... It was not a very expensive shirt so I didnt make a lot of fuss over it. Well two weeks ago I took some clothes up there like I do every week. I brought a brand new $90 shirt that my father had given me that he had my name embrordered on. I took the tag off the shirt when I dropped it off and had the lady working the front throw it away. After picking up the clean clothes the next day I planned on wearing the shirt the next morning. When i put the shirt on i noticed a 3 inch tear in it.... I brought it up there the next day... They said for me to come back in two days. When I came back, they said and i quote... "We no tear it... You prove we did" They even wanted to charge me to sow it back up.....The owner is Sandy and obviously doesnt care about his business!!! They deserve to be out of business... And I hope they sink!

Started using this company when I first moved to Cypress. For the last 6 weeks I was using the drive through wash & fold (which is not cheap) and dry cleaning services. There were only two guys on their entire staff who were not rude and dont drop your laundry on the floor then throw it into the car. Then I saw that I was told to prepay for the laundry service and the customer right behind me just dropped off her bag and walked out. The longer you patronize them, the worst the service become. The quality of cleaning was great, only returned one item for re-do within 6 weeks. Not going back.

If you want clean clothes and a dry cleaner with good attitude, do not use them!!! They once stained my dress shirt. Another time, the guy that takes orders was specifically asked to do heavy starch, and go figure... Shirts had NO starch applied to them! When you confront them, all they do is try to come up with excuses. Sandy obviously doesnt care about the business, and I hope that one day I find different management, or it be CLOSED for unethical business!

Its been awhile since Ive come here, I wasnt pleased in the past. I can say I wont be coming back. My main issue is not washing. I always bring suits to be cleaned because I worry I might damage them in my washer. I always do a smell test and I could smell lingering body odor.

Consistnetly ruins shirts. And its apparently your fault if you dont check every item thoroughly before paying. One ruined shirt is an accident. Two is a coincidence, But three is a trend. I now drive 3 miles out of my way to go to a dry cleaners I can trust.

Been coming here for 3 years now. Pretty good service for the price you pay, which is honestly not much. Owners are very friendly and the employees always remember my name. Dont come here expecting MW Cleaners-level quality though.

Horrible Cleaners, arrogant, ignorant owner. Rude, Bad customer service. Will destroy your clothes and not help or do anything about the situation. Dont recommend this place at all !

They stained two shirts, charged us a second time to clean, then said there was nothing they could do about it. So why charge us the second time? They refused to replace the shirts.
