If I could choose a box for zero....I would. This cleaners is in my neighborhood and we didnt like the one we had used so....after my wedding, we took my wedding dress, a pair of mens jeans, and my daughters short dress. Yes, they have a drive thru carport but its not really for the customers comfort...the place used to be a full service gas station so its made that way. So when I pulled up and asked...they told me it was best if I come in!! When I left my dress, we marked spots and I was quoted $80 for it. I didnt ask for a quote on jeans and short dress, assuming it would be reasonable. When I go back to get them...they charge me $111 !! I had already handed my card to one lady as I began questioning the price. I told her to get the owner but first...she goes and runs my card first for $111. I saw her and I say why are you doing that when Im disputing the amount?? The owner lady comes out and swears that she told me $90 for the wedding dress. So I say...then the jeans and short dress are nearly $10 each?? The owner says its my choice not to come back....yes...she said that. They had already ran my card..I knew I was fighting a losing battle. Call me prejudiced if you want but I have NEVER EVER met an Asian person that would admit they were wrong and there are a lot in this area. From now on all things will be in written quotes and I suggest yall do the same bc I am willing to bet you havent met any either that gave you good customer service when wrong about something. DONT GO TO DOUGLAS CLEANERS ON AUDELIA. Ill tell everyone who will listen.

Service is bad, the lady looked like she was in training. She talked to me with an attitude, and when I picked up my clothes it wasnt what I had asked for, no heavy starched on my jeans, my shirt still had wrinkles on it. Just a bad job overall ......

These guys are great! I have been going here for years. All cleaning done in-house! They dont ship your stuff somewhere else to clean it (less chance of lost clothing). Family owned, personalized service, and fast!!! I have been very happy with them

Ive been using Douglas Cleaners for 23 years and have never had a problem. My clothes are handled perfectly and eveyone there is courteous and customer conscious.

Very rude, i went in to ask for alterations and the owner or whoever does them is pretty rude, I will be scared to be one of them employees there...
