This drycleaner is really bad. The higher prices would be ok if they actually did a good job. They cant even remove very light sweat spots in a basic white shirt. They charged me 13 bucks to give me back my dirty scarf in EXACTLY the same condition that I dropped it off with! The pick-up service is not worth the price either, as you will be asked to unnecessarily move your car several times to make room for other customers, even if youve been waiting longer then they have. The workers will also give you a look of disgust and/or shock if you bring an object in such as a scarf. My husbands plain white shirts were given back wrinkled, with the stains still on the neck, after my request for medium starch! I would HIGHLY NOT recommend this drycleaning, the CometCleaners near Northpark Mall do a MUCH, MUCH better job. Or perhaps its more accurate to say they will actually clean your clothes when you drop them off!!

Tried this dry cleaners as its closer to where I live then my usual Dry Cleaners. Whilst the clothes came back clean (as expected) I will not be going back because their pricing is confusing... When I handed my clothes in they wouldnt give me a price and said "it depends" when the cleaners look at it so I should pay on collection. I questioned it and apparently the price depends on the brand of clothes you have.. Personally I dont like that pricing structure as I like to know what I need to pay before I commit to a service... Very strange...

i was so so so impressed by the staff at bibbentuckers. i had had a disappointing wedding dress clean from a place in richardson, i wont mention names out of respect, and bibbentuckers worked overtime to have my wedding dress steamed and ready to go within 4 days. i was highly highly impressed and it was ready to walk down the isle. i can not express how grateful i was of the service and staff who went above and beyond to fix another cleaners mistake and charged me close to nothing. i appreciate this cleaners.

Bibentuckers is a great company. Hands down the best service. I enjoy going to them because I know what I am going to get. They are by far cheap. In fact they are one of the most expensive I have ever gone to. However the service is top. The service is consistent. The staff is friendly. Its unfortunate that not all dry cleaning is this good. Think twice about what you dry clean, a few trips and you can buy the clothing all over again. Highly recommend.

WAAAAAAAAAAAAY.... no, like seriously, WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too expensive. Most expensive dry cleaners Ive ever used and I travel all over the country for work. That said, I cant give them a truly negative review, because they do good work, are professional, and offer free pickup/dropoff (as long as you arent in a hurry because they have set routes/dates). I have never been disappointed with anything but the price... but boy, howdy, the price!

Bibbentuckers made my slacks look and feel like brand new! I usually go to a Comet Cleaners next to my work as it is more convenient to pick up on my way home. However, I recently went to this Bibbentuckers. I didnt like their prices at first, but after I got my clothes back, I saw where my money went. Huge difference in the quality job between Bibbentuckers and your average cleaners.

My favorite suit jacket got a terrible stain on it and also needed some alterations. I was thrilled when I got it back. Bibbentuckers was able to remove the stain and also take in the sides for a better fit. Considering how valuable that jacket was to me, I didnt consider the cost to be high - I knew they would get it right the first time.

For dry cleaning or machine washing and drying, this is the place to go. Everyone who works here are friendly and helpful. The space itself is always clean and the machines are excellent. The dry cleaning services are reasonably priced and clothes are returned quickly and perfectly.

This place is silly, expensive and things are never ready on time. Ive been multiple times to pick items up that should be ready and they never are until after 3 trips back later. I would expect AMAZING service for the price you pay here and its not the case.

Bibbentuckers picked up 350 choir robes from us and cleaned them all in a weeks time and returned all with the names of the member on the outside so we would have an easier time putting them back up. They made our job soooo easy. Highly recommend.

Exemplary Staff. Excellent customer service. I was looking for a Cleaners like the one back home (Presto in Alexandria, VA). Having been with them almost 50 years, I am very picky when it comes to who cleans my clothes. Bs did not disappoint.

Everything is great and the people are nice. That matters a lot! Parking is a bit of a bummer, but really people always coming and going, so havent had a problem getting a spot. I will use this place again for sure.

Dropped off wifes wedding dress for clean and preserve. Told it will be 150.00 dollars. Picked up and price was 418.00. If that is the price tell people beforehand. Will never return.
