Its really hard to find the right barbershop! As a veteran me and my family really appreciated the relaxed atmosphere at knuckleheads. Mr. Howard got me and my son in and we got amazing, and honest customer service, on top of a great hair cut! Mr. Howard is the barber we have been looking for in Houston. Thank you me and my son really appreciated the great haircut and we look forward to getting our hair cut again!! Thank!!

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. The Barbers are rude and disrespectful, and drag their feet on cutting walk-ins. I havent seen a cut impressive enough to put up with that. I hope they can make it with the customers they have, because there is no way I could see them gaining customers with the way I was talked to. Thry too high too. Dont waste your time or your money. There are definitely better barbers.

Customer service is cool.. shop is average.. I got a bad cut. Not faded correctly edge up pushed backed.. gotta go the another shop tomorrow for a clean up job.. but maybe my hair is difficult. . Who knows.. no hard feelings. Just would never go back.. but other people seem to have gotten a good cut

Ive been traumatized by this place. Never again will i let anyone of them cut my hair. I prefer someone who listens and gives you what you ask for. They skip walk-ins and dont have any customer service skills. Its just not a place for a lady to get a quick cut... Run for your life.....!!!

I took my son here and I loved it. Everybody was professional and the shop is nice.They took their time and we didnt feel rushed with our cuts. Overall it reminded me of the movie barbershop the way they had me laughing in there. This is our new barbershop.

I came with my son. On a recommendation. I will NEVER come here again! I asked for a certain cut and it was completely different from what I asked for! Then they tried charge me $20! For something I didnt ask for! And a childs hair cut!!? Gtfoh

Had a horrible experience the last time I went in... A particular barber cut my taper all wrong, he had one side lower than the other and my edge up uneven. If I do go back Big T or Jay are the ONLY ONES GETTING IN MY HEAD!!!

Unless you have an appointment youll always be left for last, or if you like to be left waiting for an hour on average then this is the place to come. Always have to remind them what you asked for. Thats about it
