These people have no regard for families in morning. We buried our infant son there two years ago. If I had known how we were going to be treated, I never would have chosen them. We had trouble with getting his grave marker placed. It took forever. Recently, they decided to do a yearly cleaning, which did not happen in years past. They took all the flowers and decorations that were on my sons grave away. No warning. No email. Just all gone. When I called them, they said that its all piled in the back of their maintenance shed. All the gifts that weve given our baby. The special stone my father carved and painted when we lost our son. Just piled together with all the others poor moms gifts. We are outraged! When I expressed our feelings, the lady sounded irritated that she had to explain we arent suppose to put anything on the graves. This place is unbelievable. If we could move our son, we would. Please go somewhere else for your loved ones!

After a career in the world of business, I worked for Memorial Oaks for a short time as a "sales person". It didnt take long for me to discover that I am not sales material and I left and went to work elsewhere in a non-sales capacity. However, one thing that impressed me at the time and continues to impress me today was the dedication of the entire staff to the families of the bereaved. I had no idea of the extent to which the staff would go to ensure that families were supported in their time of loss. On several occasions I saw management and staff "bend the rules" in order to help family members find closure after the death of a loved one. While a funeral can be a significant expense if a family allows it to be, do not mistake the sales efforts of the funeral home staff as a callous disregard for the needs of the family.

The worst place you could pick to have your loved one. They have no respect for you after they are finished with you. Take your money then treat you like dirt. Will throw your things away that are sitting on your marker. They dont give you any warning. The head of the funeral home will tell you certain things that you can put down then they come and remove it. If they would spend as much effort and time with mowing and making the cemetary look nice they would be better off. Also during the summer you cant even walk without being eaten up by ants the mounds are horrible and are taking over the markers and benches in some places. I recommend you do your research before you decide to place your loved one in this horrible place. I would recommend that they hire better people.

My grandparents are buried here in a corner lot. Weve tried talking to management about issues with the lot Its been well almost 10 years now and still nothing has been done. The lot is growing with weeds and the center of the lot there is a growing patch of dirt. Weve been nicely asking that something be done about the patch of dirt and the lot being infested with weeds. My grandfather paid good money and its a shame a business would cheat the dead like this.

My family and I want to thank Steve and his staff for going above and beyond to make sure our Mothers funeral was beautiful. We had some unusual circumstances with her burial situation and they were willing to do whatever was needed to help. They were extremely kind and we are so grateful to them.

They dont care about your personal loss, all they care about is getting your money. My mother died in 2009 and we had to deal with these people. They obviously had little sympathy for us and continued to push all sorts of packages and deals... We werent much more than a big fat check to them.
