What can I say about Miller Funeral Home that hasnt already been said on these reviews. My sister-in-law passed and we reached out to Miller on a weekend. They were closed, but they had an answering service and called me back pretty much right after I left the message. I spoke to Emily and she made this process go fast, easy, simple, and as smooth as possible considering the circumstances. Emily answered all of the questions we had in person. If I had a question that I forgot to ask her I would simply call her and she would answer. In a day I called her about 10 times, in a week probably about 100 times, but each time she would answer my question and help with anything she could. She guided us through the process and even the extra stuff that we needed. We couldnt be more thankful to her and her team for helping us during this difficult time. Prices were low compared to other places. Quality of items at the funeral home were of high quality. No matter which way you go you will definitely find something for you loved one here.

My Dad (who wished to be cremated) had been in hospice care in a nursing home & it was recommended days beforehand we make arrangements in advance of his passing. I had seen Miller Funeral & Cremation Services many times, so I contacted them and provided Dads name, my information and where the nursing home was located. My Dad passed late at night on 10/9/15 and Miller was called by the home, they took care of everything, so on Saturday - all we had to do was to go and sign paperwork for what we wanted and for the Death Certificate. At a time, when a million things are happening, it was very comforting to have those who will take your hand and truly help. The cost for the services were very fair - but most important we had the peace of knowing they took care of everything in a very compassionate manner. We are so grateful they were there for us.

As anyone may imagine this is very difficult to loose a life partner. It is compounded by being an unexpected event. Mrs. Miller and her team did an amazing job of guiding me through a very difficult time in my life. They went above and beyond to guide me through the process and showed true compassion and understanding throughout the entire process. There are no words to thank them for what they did to assist me in honoring the most important part of my life. I would highly recommend them to anyone for unexpected events or future planning. My mother-in-law passed away peacefully in our home May 7, 2016, but had made no arrangements beforehand other than telling us she wanted to be cremated. I had driven by Miller Funeral & Cremation Services many times, plus my sister advised me to seek out a place associated with the Cremation Society. We were able to make her arrangements so easily with absolutely no pressure to spend more money. Not only that, we had to make several phone calls to Emily to ask questions Im sure wed already asked her at least a few times, and every time she was extremely gracious and comforting. I would recommend Miller Funeral & Cremation Services in a heartbeat. They were wonderful and very comforting to deal with.

Superb group of people who truly do everything they can to make a very difficult process as seamless as possibly. I had had a preliminary appointment a few months before my mother passed away and had made some decisions...but I changed virtually all my decisions once she actually passed away and they responded without so much a blink of he eye...they made it so easy and took care of everything. Their responsiveness and follow-thru is incomparable. There wasnt a single request that I made (and there were quite a few) that they didnt take resolve in a caring and professional manner. Look no further. They are definitely the right choice.

Miller Funeral Services is a wonderful place. Everyone there was very helpful and considerate. It is hard to think straight and make decisions at a time when you have lost a loved one, but with the help of the staff at Miller Funeral Services, we were able to plan a beautiful service and tribute to my mother-in-law. From the music, to the slide show, to the flowers, to the urn, in each and every decision to be made, they were very helpful and very knowledgeable. They were also compassionate and understanding, they are truly good people and care about their customers and as a result deliver TOP RATE service. THANK YOU MILLER!

The Miller Family is well know for their professionalism, especially with Houston Hospice. This is a family that will go to great lengths to take care of the family when things are so very difficult. Johnny and Denise Miller and their lovely accomodations, feel like home, warm and comforting. There is no doubt, they have a 5 star service in a world where this business is about money and getting it when you are weak. Call them before you decide. You will get gentle care, no hard sell. The staff at Miller Funeral Services & Cremation Society of Texas are wonderful. My mother and I went there many years ago to pre-plan her arrangements. They did not use any kind of pressure to get sales but showed us all the available options and helped us choose the best ones for our budget. When Mom passed away, they took care of everything. They were very professional, respectful and caring in their demeanor and made things easy for us so that we could focus on spending time with family and friends in our time of grief.

My family held my sisters celebration of life ceremony here. We had a lot of folks come out, so we ended up renting out the reception hall as well. Before her passing my sister, mother and I went to MJ and planned out the ceremony. MJ was extremely supportive and followed through with everything we planned. Everyone was happy with how the event was carried out. It was a beautiful way to remember my sister. The service at Miller Funeral Home was superb. I highly recommend them. Thank you again MJ!

Thank you so much for making my family feel so comfortable and welcome. The facilities were perfect for our group and the service was beautiful. We really enjoyed the celebration of life reception with our friends and family. A special thanks to MJ and Ted who were there for us each step of the way. PERSONABLE, COMPASSIONATE. Working with Miller Funeral & Cremation Services has made a difficult and stressful time for my family easier. We worked with M.J. Pochivalova and the staff regarding the death of my father, they helped us through a difficult and unexpected time.
