There are so many complaints, I don’t know where to begin. First, they overcharged us, and told us that to move my Mother, there would be a $900 fee, so it’s cheaper to just go with them…. That is unethical. Second, Ronny is horrible about returning phone calls, and just does not do that. When I asked him if I could have my Mom and Dad’s ashes combined, he said no. When I researched this and called back realizing it was actually OK to do this, he said, fine – but that is more paperwork. (Very POOR customer service, especially when losing a loved one). It was very hard for me to sign the paperwork, and when I called to ask where they were (I was lost), he said you are close and hung up the phone. I called back and Nicole (I think that is the office manager) was kind enough to give me the directions. I was late in getting to them, partly due to my poor directions provided, and Ronny’s words: there is no rush. Halfway through signing paperwork, another customer came in. Ronny said to me: we need to finish this because unlike you they are on time and I have to help them. I can understand that, but the way it was handled was horrendous. I detailed with Ronny (numerous, numerous, numerous) times that I wanted to use the current urn I had for my Dad and combine that with my Mom’s ashes. He said fine. When I went to pick them up, I was informed by Nicole that they weren’t mixed – after telling him so many times. Also, I gave him 2 numbers to the physicians office to get the death certificate signed. Dr. Achari and Dr. Lenz. He promised me he would follow up, but did not. Only until I called over 7 times did he call the doctor. I spoke with them, and they also conferred how rude he was over the phone. The death certificate took 2 weeks to be signed, which is the funeral homes job to follow up on. He was not apologetic and told me the Doctors office was incompetent. I called Ronny over 5 times to check when the cremation was to be done. I wanted to know when, and right after it was finished due to saying a prayer and just my wanting to know. He PROMISED to call me, never did. The only reason I knew it was completed, was not that he called as promised, but because I called and spoke with Nicole. Nicole also informed me the ashes weren’t mixed, which is unacceptable, being that I told him SO MANY TIMES my wishes. I’m also paranoid because I gave him special notes from our family to be cremated with my Mom and I seriously doubt he delivered those.

I strongly recommend National Cremation Services to anyone who loses their loved ones. As an Asian American, I did not know much about handling passing away of my wife. When I call National Cremation Services, Director Ron introduced everything to me. His instructions made me fully prepared when it happened, who to call, what to do, how much it costs and no hidden fees...... Everything was done according to plan. Another Director, Ryan, also helped me greatly in processing all details works. When my relatives arrived after my wife passed away, they arranged a special session and allowed us see her before cremation. Since my wife had jaundice, they even made up her before the session. What professional and humane services! Thank you, Ron, Ryan, and everyone at National Cremation for your help during my darkest time. Kestrel Li Katy, Texas.

I feel blessed we came across this place, during such a difficult time. Ronny was very professional throughout the whole process, guided us and explained everything in detail. He even went out of his way to have the service on a Friday Night after hours to accommodate out of town relatives. I 100% would recommend this place - they are honest people.

Respect, kindness and slow explanation of information. Not a "sales" company. Terrible you are sitting there already and Sherry made it easier - gentle. It is moderate in price. Not to high, not too low since it was a cremation. Thank you
