I am giving Right Touch Electric a ZERO rating because they sent an electrician to my home on 7/17/ 17 to replace two internet connected wall switches to my home and the electrician blew the connection to the plugs through out the system. He had to put regular switches in to make it work temporarily. He then charged me $610 for his botched work and I had to call in another electrician to take out the switches he installed and replace them with correct switches and then get them programmed. What makes this review even more horrible - I recd a call from Right Touch Electrical to ask how the electrician did and I told them the terrible service and they told me the owner was going to show up on 7/24/17 with the new company..... He never showed up and still has not called back to see if the problem was fixed - today is 7/27/17.

Excellent, professional and prompt service! From the first call to schedule quote and service, they were prompt to answer, professional on the phone and thorough in asking questions and providing detail about what to expect when the electrician would arrive. The electrician called 30 minutes prior to arrival and when he arrived at the scheduled time he assessed several ceiling electrical boxes; provided immediate and detailed recommendations on requirements for ceilings fixtures; provided immediate quote; and, given the installation, completed everything in one day. Electrician was professional and took great care with our furniture and floors. Will definitely call "Right Touch Electrical" in the future and will recommend to friends and family!

Of special recognition, the two installers (Carlos and Chris) were exceptional. They answered all my questions, took the time to speak to me in laymans terms , and provided me with an education. Their quality was unbelievable. They worked as if it were their own house. The quote was reasonable and in certain aspects, better than competitors. Will Burns was able to provide differences between my other bids and was also very receptive to my questions. Buying a new house comes with its own hassles. We had just bought our dream home and even though most of the electrical work was completed by someone else, we still had a few touch and go jobs like fitting the indoor and outdoor lights. We also needed some new electrical installations done. Right Touch Electrical were just a call away. They were prompt in keeping up the time they had committed to and went straight to work. Taking into account all our requirements the fixtures and fitting were done at top speed. The installations were perfect too. They even installed and made sure we wouldnt have any safety issues. I called at least five other electrical company in Houston, half of them didnt answer my calls and some of them didnt come to my home to give me an estimate for the breaker problem we had.Right Touch Electric answered right away and said they could be to my house within the hour. Our outside outlet when bad which some how caused a chain reaction of switches and outlets to go out. Including the bathroom!! Will took his time to come as his last stop and fix. He said it was on his way home and no problem or he would need to do in a day or so. He is reliable and friendly. Knowledgeable and caring. A Veteran, Need I say more? Call him first or last....just call him.

I contacted Right Touch Electrical this Wednesday after a MCB smelled burned. They reached Thursday morning examined and replaced the circuit. They took nearly 1 hour and also recommended to change the MCB board. They were prompt, prepared, and professional. They did not want to charge me. But I gave them for their responsiveness and help.
