I bought hair from here twice, the first time I came I bought the Brazilian straight hair and It was awesome. The second time around I decided to by the body wave hair and I immediately notice a corn chip smell. I notice this smell as one of the guys were taking the hair out of the draw. I didnt really pay attention to it unto I got home and pulled the hair out of the bag and notice it stunk really bad like corn chips and feet. I ended up washing it but the smell would not go away. I had to soak this hair in some Downy fabric softer for a few hours and the smell went away almost immediately. I would not advise buying any curly hair from here again since I could not wear this hair immediately without having to wash it first.

DO NOT GO TO THAT LOCATION EVERYONE!!! Customer Service Sucks!! Called on Friday n was told that they had a special of 3 bundles for 200.00. Showed up and the mgr of the store was so RUDE saying I was given wrong info. I asked him could he at the very least contact the owner. Again VERY RUDELY N EXTREMELY DISRESPECTING HE STATES THE OWNER IS HIS BROTHER N HE REFUSED TO CALL N VERIFY. IM APPAULLED N HAS NEVER USED "Shes Happy Hair"...but with customer service that SUCKS...UNPROFESSIONAL...NON CARING N COULD GIVE A DAMMM ABOUT KEEPING A BRAND NEW CUSTOMER....ID RATHER GO SOMEWHERE THAT APPRECIATES MY BUSINESS! Furthermore...the hair didnt look A grade as they promote on TV....STAY FAR AWAY!

Being from the south side of Houston, I didnt think service at this location of Shes Happy Hair would be so delightful. Oh but I was wrong, I was greeted immediately upon entering the store even though it was pretty busy. I had no clue of what I wanted or what would be best for my confused hair texture. And then came Tiger!!! My hair angel. He went through the hair extension process of A-Z with me for my type of hair. Oh I forgot to mention blending and coloring of extension is extremely hard form me, Im between a 6 & an 8. Needless to say I will be traveling to Greenspoint from now on the get my extensions and advice from Mr.Tiger!!!!

Excellent service . The people were very nice and well groomed . My favorites are Tiger and Devante they are very knowledgable about the hair and will even tell you what kind of hair to get for the style you show them. I am the queen having a picture and needing to know what to get because I know nothing about weave except for how I want it done lol . Great people and awesome atmosphere . Thanks to Tiger, Cody who were both dressed very nice and ready to help with whatever I needed. They were very honest, helpful and I feel I made the best choice by coming to this location. Even when busy they still manage to be polite and help within a timely matter. They dont mind you taking your time on deciding what it is you think you want, need. Thanks to them I always walk out happy and pleased with my decisions

I always have a great experience coming to this location. I actually pass up another location to come to this one because the salesperson Tiger is very knowledgable about the hair and even other questions Ive had about coloring and caring for the hair. I havent had any issues with smell or the quality of the product. I would recommend this location to anyone and Im driving from Galveston to make my purchase.

I Love My Hair From Shes Happy! Ive Had It For 3 Years Now! Still Looks The Same After A Deep Condition, It Looks As Good As New. The Employees Are Very Nice And Informative. Ive Went To Several Other Stores And None Of Them Compare To The Experience Of That At Shes Happy Hair! I Ordered The Deep Wave, 18" 20" 22" and 24" Recieving Compliments Everywhere I Go, And Ill Have To Say, This Girl Is One Happy Customer
