I cam here several times before. Once I checked in online and when I cam to the store they put someone else before my son because he was here first and just did not check in Today I came to the store and she checked me in 10 min late when 2 people check online after I stepped in. When I told her she said I dont know. And they took the last person before me. And said like, I dont know, like I am lying. I left. Anyway they never had his hair like he wants. There is plenty of better places to have a hair cut. They just lost 3 customers.

I had them cut my hair and had a photo for reference for them. They cut my hair much shorter then I had expected and my hair was left uneven. On a much more previous visit, I had asked for a trim but they cut a whole lot more then a trim. I suppose a trim had changed meanings to 2 inches. I was hoping my second visit would be better but they both had me leaving disappointed in the services. The people and atmosphere are nice but the cut was not as favorable.

A fun atmosphere. The Guy Binh is very fast and most accurate. The manager Bianca is always on time and makes sure her stylist are giving great cuts and customer service.
