I walked into this store the other day and was very disappointed. The woman at the counter took my name and then turned her back on me and started talking to someone else. I had no idea if she was done with me yet or not. I asked, "Is that all the info you need from me?" She didnt even acknowledge me, so I just went and sat down. They called my name pretty fast, I wasnt there at a busy time. A different woman took me back to cut my hair. I have very curly hair and told the woman what I wanted for my haircut. She was very rude and told me my hair wouldnt do that. I told her Id had cuts in the past exactly like I was asking her for and she just kept this rude look on her face the whole time. It got to the point where I just didnt even trust her to cut my hair. I told her nevermind that I didnt want her to cut my hair and I got up and left. The employees here were just totally rude. I even saw them roll their eyes because another customer didnt come up to them as soon as her name was called. I will never go back to this location.

Ive been going to great clips since it opened maybe about 1 year. Well yesterday my husband went in and they told him a 15 minute wait and it became a 30 to 35 min wait. When I walked in , Im thinking she was a manager which was conducting business with employees hours and time and having attitude with the employee and raising her voice it was to the point I was scared to be there too, she was rude and when she acknowledge someone walking in she would roll her eyes and raise her voice to the workers about the corners where not clean and they looked very upset too, each time an employee would leave she would yell out what time do you come in for a.meeting and if they didnt know what to say she would yell out the time and raise her voice at them in FRONT OF A FULL ROOM OF CUSTOMERS! !!!!! then with a full room of customers she was in a cutting chair going In circles. I doubt I will go back unless something changes!!!!!! With management! !! She was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO EMPLOYEES AND TO CLIENTS!!!!!!!

When my daughter was finished and came around the corner I gasped and said OMG what did she do to your hair!?!? I cried it was so awful! The lady chopped off all her hair which was short to begin with and it looked like a two yr old had gotten a hold of some scissors & cut it! Her name was Lisa and my daughter said when she tried to speak up and stop her from cutting so much Lisa said "Hold on let me finish my story" and kept chopping!!!! Wouldnt stop talking long enough to hear her and was so distracted by others around her!!! DONT GO HERE & if you do make sure you watch the hair person closely. Thank you Lisa, you ruined my daughters First Day of High School!

I bring my 2 kiddos (2 and 6 years old) here every couple months just for a trim nothing fancy. Yesterday we came in for a trim and I was sitting in the chair next to my daughter holding my son while she got her trim. The stylist, (I dont remember her name just that she had a tattoo across her boob) was talking to the stylist next to her saying what cuts she liked etc and goes on to state how she thinks the A line haircut is the ugliest haircut and that she is sure is bad a cutting them because they are ugly. Meanwhile here I sit with my A line haircut incredibly uncomfortable! It was completely unprofessional and because of it we will not be returning.

I had a busy day and I didnt think it would be very busy so I didnt schedule any specific time to come in. The first time I walked in the lady was pretty rude and told me to check in online next time so I didnt have to wait. Okay, whatever. A few hours later I had another chance to go back and I checked in online so I didnt have to wait which took 2 seconds to do. Got there and didnt have to wait at all! The lady that cut my hair named Brenda did a great job! Fixed my layers in my hair and gave me some good hair tips.

Cindy was Amazing! I am SO happy. I have Never gone to a place like this... never paid less than $60 for a cut. Im very particular. Getting my hair done gives me great anxiety. Saw a girl with a great cut and asked who did it. She works at Great Clips & said a girl at work, Cindy, did it. I went to her, and Im thrilled I did. She did exactly what I wanted (& knew what I was talking about), great technique. I was in and out and my hair looks great. Definitely going back!

Just got a haircut here. There was a sign up front stating that public servants get a discount. Feeling appreciated, I showed them my paramedic license and this is the reply I got...."Im sorry, that only applies for police, firefighters and military." Just a little bit insulted now. How am I less of a public servant than law enforcement or firefighters? Shame on you Great Clips! I will not be going back. *Shakes Head*

I want to thank the two individuals for their feedback. I am new to the area and I was planning to go to Great Clips. The reason being I used Great Clips in Angleton, Texas. The first time I was a walk-in. The young lady was not overly friendly but, she did a beautiful job on my hair. It sounds to me like Great Clips needs to insist their employees go through customer service training.

This place has stylists who REALLY LISTEN to what you want done. Ive brought in 4 or 5 pics and asked them to merge them into a new haircut! And it was successful! They have also done some great cuts for my daughter and a family friend.
