My experience with TMD at 8600 Jameel Houston, TX.was the worst, I was treated like I was stupid, imcompetent, and even felt discriminated against. When I got there to fill out an application the computers were full, 3 computers, 1 person on each of two of them, 3 people on the other one, all hispanic, Martha Gallegos Senior Staffing Specialist was in there helping them the whole time till they were done. So I went in to do mine and had some problems with the web site so I went the secretary to ask her for help who was rude and unhelpful, I did not catch her name, so I went Martha Gallegos, she came to help for a minute, I got everything done but the computer would not accept my application, so back to Martha, she came to the door and stood there telling me what to do, when I hit a couple wrong keys she got loud and very rude and disrespectful, then went back to her desk with no further help, to let me figure it out myself. I still cant log in to check my pay stubs, the site takes me back to the beginning of the application process. When I called to find out what was going on, low and behold I get Martha Gallegos who very rudely tells me I am doing something wrong to go to this web site and that I shouldnt be having a problem. So I try to log in again and same thing. I let it go for a month or two then try again to log in to get the same results, so I contact the office and get intouch with Bessy Almendarez who started emailing my check stubs to me. That is when I see on my pay stub that I am being charged for insurance I had no knowledge of. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY, no one should have to go through this humiliating experience

This place should be ashamed of themselves. They pay they favorites more money, while you make 7.25, same time doing the job of the person that makes more then you, then they wonder why nobody ever want to stay.
