Went on an assignment on a Saturday. Was called at about 8:30 for this assignment accepted. Tried contact them to see what I will be doing. Lucy said Ill be there in two hours. She was a No show. I was flying blind. No instructions about timesheets or breaks and lunch. Got there and they told me you work from the time you come till the time you leave with no breaks nor lunch. This is the Hyatt telling me this. Tried calling Lucy to clarify. No answer. SO I Called Monday to see when I get my pay. They said Friday. Ok kool. Even told them i Hurt myself on the job and informed them. There response was sorry about that. Did not inform me about workers comp. Friday came, no check try back monday. Tried back Monday, no check. I was told it had to be cleared by Corprate. OK fine. Called Wednesday the 2nd week, oh it will be in the office on Friday at 1:30, ok kool. Called at 1:30, was told come at 4:30. Got there, we dont have no check for you. It hit the fan. You all been jerking me around for 2 weeks. Whats up. Forgot to mention havent been there 20 minu5there was at least 7 compla5about pay. Hours missing. Back to my story. Well they dont remember you at the assignment. So for 2 weeks they been luring to me. I was told by boss lady" They remember somebody there". So I say. Have there been anyone else asking to get paid for that assignment? Her response "No". Well guess what, that somebody is me needing to get paid. They said well you need to go back up there and fill out a time sheet. I ask, who was responsible for this let them fix it. No check. I am going on the 3rd week to get paid for 1 day assignment. It aint over till the fat lady sings. This lady fixing to get fat. I am getting me an attorney. Let them show them how unprofessional, unqualified, and what Zoe they are in.

The employees plays games with their clients. I did some work through this company and needed my 2015 W2 tax form to file my taxes. I live over 80 miles away from the location and have requested my tax information to me mailed to me over five times all throughout the month of February. They kept telling me to text my information to some phone number and they have told me they mailed it out numerous times, but I never received it. I ended up having to take time out of my busy day to drive 80 miles one way to this place in order to get my own W2 tax forms in which they continued to try to play games with me while in person by telling me that they needed a supervisor signature to give me my own paperwork. (Thats a new one to me) I would hate to think what would have happened if I was out of state on a contract job, who knows if I would have ever gotten my W2. Will NEVER deal with On Call Staffing again, avoid this place unless you want the same headache that they gave me. Oh, and even while I was there another client walked in asking for the same tax information, they told him (to his face) to text a number and it would be mailed to him, and then he left. Last I checked employees are suppose to have their paperwork by Feb 15, its already Feb 23, Im glad I went to go fight for mine... Ridiculous.

Peor lugar para buscar trabajo, te dicen que tienes que estar a una hora específica y cuando vas a esa hora vuelven y te dicen que no es esa la hora. Hoy fui bien temprano a las 5:00 a.m. porque supuestamente iniciaba hoy cuando voy la manager me dice que hubo un error porque debí estar más temprano. Me pregunto como voy a estar más temprano si unos de sus trabajadores en especifico Jennifer me dijo en repetidas veces que ese era mi horario. La verdad me decepcionaron, no sirven.

This place should not even call a staffing agency they no treat people write they talk to the employees your problems and they take out money of your paycheck they tell you we are gonna pay you this amount and the pay less that what they toll you and their excuse you not complete the assigment me personally I DONT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY TO NO BODY NOT EVEN THE WORST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD THIS A SHAME THEY ARE VERY DISRESPECFULL I FEEL BAD FOR THE POEPLE WHO GO TO THIS AGENCY And another thing like i see in pther post the owner said Thank you for your feedback we are gonna try to meke some improvements and this place is getting worst everyday

This is the worst place ever to work the people in the front are so disrespectful and a BS with you and your check they rip you off for hours they have no communication skills they have none of that they will fire you for no reason it would give you no explanation so I do not recommend nobody to come work here you have better chances to go get a job at a McDonalds or Burger King or anything else then hear all the receptions in the front like to talk and dont even help you like theyre supposed to I wouldnt even give this place a f****** star not even a half a star

Discrimination. Spent money buying steel toe boots just for the girls at the front desk to straight up tell me I couldnt get a specific warehouse job because I was a woman. That is 100% illegal, and the fact that the only jobs they had were a higher paying job in the warehouse only for men or a lousy paying job for the women where you make barely min wage 7.50. Waste of time and resources.

Worse staffing ever ladies dont respect married men and seems to like that negative attention. Very un professional and ghetto Marisol and Lucy definitely need to b exposed. Oh and they make fun of people that work there simply because they are looking for work and have no money, Marisol office manager own words. And this is his wife commenting. Stay away!!! They dont pay. My wife worked here for about three days and has been trying to get paid for about 3 weeks now and still nothing. Apparently the people at the office dont know why even the office manager says it, but when we ask for payroll or someone higher theres no one else besides Nancy or Lucy yet they cant help with the issue.

Its great, the ladies are nice and thier cute thats a plus lol but really they do what they can to get you work but it is first come first serve so the early bird gets the worm so sorry all you people thats probably why you guys had bad experiences punctuation is key.ill be going back. -scotty
