When I applied and interviewed with them, everything went very well. Got placed in a company that offered decent pay, received my direct deposit with no issues, everything went smoothly. But the work itself was not really what was posted in the ad (But they are not to blame) I had seen an ad posted by this agency for TIG welder and under the description it said must be able to do either one of the following stick, Tig, MIG and Fluxcored. I applied, tested, got accepted and began to work. At first everything was going good, but what confused me was how the job was more Structural Welding and favored Fluxcored welding alot, not to mention alot of grinding and also being placed in other departments. It was more 55% welding and 45% assembly, cleaning or boilermaking. I put up with it for as long as I could but when I found myself not welding anymore, is when I decided to look elsewhere. Overall, this agency is very good in finding the right candidates a job. I just wish next time they could do more research in the job so the description can be accurate.
