So I called this place and asked if they do walk ins they said yes and I asked if I could come upthere to get my hair cut down a guy on the phone said yes thats fine (I am a female with the side of my head shaved) as soon as I was in an elderly lady working said sorry we dont do women. I said all I want is my hair cut down to a 1 I dont need a fancy design or anything she said again "sorry we dont do women" I said thats crazy because I just called. I feel as though this is the same as a man going into a nail shop asking for a pedicure and them saying "sorry we dont do men". I am disappointed that I wasted my time driving there and the attitude I was given by the elderly woman and her partner that answered my call allowing me to come there and get a haircut. Terrible service and rude barbers.

Great old fashioned barbershop. There wont be any "stylists" or anyone whos been to "beauty school" here. Theres no hairspray or Cosmo Magazine either. Its clean, the staff is incredibly courteous, and the prices are reasonable. Not cheap, but reasonible considering the personal attention they give. Its gotten hard to find a place with any personality, so after a long search after moving to Houston, I was relieved to find Town Square.

Guy & Lisa are artisans of their craft - which is, of course, old school barbering. Theyre wonderful people and Ive been going to their shop as long as I can remember. Ive been forced into haircuts by other barbers when I spent a few years outside of Texas, and boy is it good to be back. Plus I can walk there from home.

Tried to get a shave, but according to the slightly rude "barber", they dont do that. They shouldnt call themselves a Barber Shop if all they do is haircuts.
