Disclaimer: My overall review is SOLELY based on the considerable efforts of a few barbers (one Im assuming is the Owner) to right some extremely poor service I initially received from my "scheduled barber". I want to be fair to the shop in general despite the "barber" I was initially working with. My first thought was to go 1-Star just based off of my interaction with Shone but I had to calm down and rationalize but......allow me a brief diatribe ...... "Shone Gotti" (my initial barber) is one of the most embarrassing excuses for a service provider that I have had the unfortunate luck of having to deal with. A barber should be able to help "educate" their client and communicate professionally and he failed in every way. I will never accept the type of disrespect I was provided by "Shone" today and I made that very clear. Oh....did I mention he had the GALL (apparently through his appointment app) to charge for the cut he didnt even provide??????? That being said, I was taken care of after my "walk-out" and being talked back in and the gentleman that did cut my sons hair (I believe he said his name was Elijah...sorry I was still very heated and may have forgotten) did an awesome job and was even very helpful while I was going back and forth with "Shone" originally trying to explain the type of cut I wanted for my son. I sincerely appreciate the help and professionalism they displayed but I have a real problem with disrespect in general and even moreso when its being delivered by someone (Shone) who is getting paid AND in front of my children. I think everyone, except for Shone, was on the same page with that and Id hope that the "candid" exchange between the shop Owner (again Im assuming because I neglected to ask) and Shone would later be a more serious exchange about the importance of the customer experience in the shop he is in charge of but at the very least the effort was made to ensure I left satisfied and that counts for me.

This place is the best! I walked in with an appointment and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The barber took his time and made sure he cut my hair perfectly. As I walked out they made sure to thank me for my business. Customer service makes a big difference!
