Wish I could give it no stars. I walk in, no one speaks to me, the only interaction was "$20" I sat in the chair and no greeting or nothing from anyone. I nod my head to these dudes, they just completely ignored me. Big dude towards the back, cause he didnt even introduce himself to me, motioned me to his chair, didnt even shave close enough for my bald head, had to go home and shave behind him. He did his "work" and said "$20", that was the only thing he said to me the whole time. I love supporting black business, but these dudes are too arrogant and have NO customer service. Ill be going back to my asian brothers who do a much better job, ask me what I want and all in their broken english, than this business.

Scott da barber! Is tha man! Da Brutha can cut ! Been going to his chair for about 2 yrs, always be professional, and ask if Im good after wards with the cut! Now to all yall dudes that look for great costumer service, this is a manly man barbershop, a lil cussing, a lil dirty jokes a lil arguments between barbers, it is what it is, may be its not for u, but its for me I give it 5 stars, oh yeah if u have to wait , thats not bad it means ur barbershop is that good.

He is the only Barber I know who will make sure you get exactly what you want, Theres nothing he cant do. The barbers are friendly, laid back and make you feel welcome. The Barber I chose was DAngelo hes professional, he always makes sure his equipment is clean before using on each client. His online appointment setup is easy and convenient to use. And DAngelo always makes sure to understand your grooming needs and executes it. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Barber who gets the job done.

Waist of time. Unprofessional people do not know how to treat customers with respect terrible work let alone the attitude they have, cant even afford hair gel, really? UNBELIEVABLE. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY.(Did I mention what a waist of time, the guy took an hour to do a dam fade when usually my og barber take max 35 min on the fade, hell no)

Wasted 45 minutes of my time at the foolish establishment. They are not organize ,nor do they have the ability to communicate with the customers that walk in the door. They are picking and choosing who they get to take instead of taking the customers that are walking in . I would rather look crazy then come here . No thanks :) !

Worst experience ever, 1st time going there and last! Had to wait a little over an hour after getting skipped three times because they cut their homiez first, then three barbers left without asking me for service..finally had to approach someone just to secure a spot and they did an okay job!

DeAngelo at Headz Up is a grear barber. He pays attention to what you ask for and his focus stays on you. Personally, I love barbers who stay attentive to your head & doesnt try to do everything all at once. DeAngelo, the best barber I have had in over 5 years. 5 stars for him.....

Bad customer service , the guy who edged me up had just finished eating and didnt bother washing his hands his hands was smelling like food. Didnt even do my edge up right and charged me 20$ also do more talking then cutting.

Marcus "the manager" doesnt know how to cut. My lining was crooked, hair wasnt cut evenly, and he didnt know how to cut my cowlick, which makes it look like I have a patch where my line up is. If this is your career prefect it
