Absolutely amazing work! Extraordinary people! Ive been going to Visible Changes for years and years but this location was by far one that blew me away. I usually go to the Visible Changes near where I live (in the memorial area) and it did the decent job over the years. However, the last time I was there I was met with the most rudest manager and stylist who left me completely in tears from putting me down, putting down my vision and what i wanted my hair to look like, and made me feel so embarrassed and ashamed about the condition of my hair. It was such an awful incident that a representative of visible changes ended up giving me a complementary hair gift card. I was so very hesitant and scared of getting put down and shamed for my hair again, but I decided to try out this location at the Galleria.... and Im so glad I did because it ended up being one of the best decisions I have ever made! I arrived from 11AM and finally got out at 5pm. It was a very long process but one that included highlights, coloring, a protein treatment, a haircut, and a blow out. And every step was just done so amazingly. They truly understood the vision of what I wanted my hair and made sure to care for my hair as well... and not put me down for the condition of my hair but instead worked with me to help me fix it! The managers Jaimie and Lisa were absolutely incredibly and handled everything so well. They took time to well inform me of everything and made sure I made the BEST decision for my hair and to maintain its health which I really appreciated because it seemed they really valued my hair and not just me as another passing customer. The experience completely was top notch out of all the locations Ive ever been to! The colorist Becky sat down and informed me of all the products and methods to help care for my hair and then handed me off to Bianca who I was just absolutely blown away by her talent! If you ever need blonde highlights, baylage, ombre or anything shes definitely the girl to go to!!!!!! She really understands hair and knows exactly what shes doing. She helped me get the right shade of blonde and helped me through the protein treatment! Finally, the thing Ive been dreading about for years... a haircut. Ive always been so nervous to go get my haircut because Ive always havent had the best luck in the past but I decided to give it a chance and Maria is just fantastic! Shell really really listen to what you want and she wont do it anything you wont like until she informs you about it first. She also blew dry my hair and styled it into amazing curls and I have never ever felt more confident that I ever had in my life. In the end, I walked away with exactly what I envisioned with my hair... the right shade of blonde, a perfect length, and my hair was more healthier than it was when I came in. This place not only really cares about getting you to achieve your vision, but making sure you maintain your health. They wont put you down for it or make you feel embarrass! Extraordinary talents and amazing personalities!

After a color job went horribly wrong, I went to Visible Changes in the galleria. My experience was amazing. First of all, they were able to see me right away - the original color job (the one that went horribly wrong) happened on a Friday and there was no way I was going to be able to go to work with it. So I called 4 or 5 salons and they were all booked. Finally I called visible Changes and they were able to schedule me the next day. Amazing! My colorist was Becky, and she literally worked miracles. My original color job was so bad that she had to get her manager involved and I had to sign a form stating that no color correction was guaranteed, which did freak me out. But Becky kept reassuring me and talked me through her game plan to correct the tragedy. I mean my hair was so bad I was in tears. I originally wanted a bayalage that had ashy brown and blonde tones. It ended up being dark brown roots and the rest of my hair was all blonde. And not a good blonde - it was yellow. Like straw (I am a brunette so it was a HUGE shock). A couple of the other colorist saw my haneous hair and that I was crying so they became invested. They talked me out of doing just a one color dye back to brown. Especially because my roots were so dark. Becky wanted to try to get me close to my original vision by blending the dark roots with the brown tones she brought in all over while managing to save a few of the blonde pieces (softening them to a prettier shade of blonde of course). Once Becky went to work, everyone wanted to help and see how the transformation was coming along. She worked miracles. The final result was AMAZING!!!! She took before and after pictures, which I wish I had to post here. While the end result wasnt exactly like my original vision, it was beautiful! I cant recommend this Visible Changes or Becky enough. Seriously, if you are wanting to get your color done, you should definitely go to this location and ask for Becky! I will definitely be making this my go-to salon and Becky will be my go-to colorist! Thank you again Visible Changes!! PS: I was there for so long (due to the color correction...no fault of VC) so I saw quite a few clients come and go in the colorist area. All their colorists seem amazing. Everyone that went through there came out looking amazing. They have a wonderful team at VC!!

Becky is a chemical specialist at this location. She is the worst, my experience was a total nightmare. I took a picture in with me and told her this is what I want. She said your hair will not be as light as you want on the first visit, I asked for balayage, I was cool with that, I know the deal!! Well, after the first time she bleached my hair, I was horrified!! I was completely unsatisfied with the results, it was absolutely awful. It didnt look like the work of a professional chemical specialist!! My roots were totally uneven, the bleach in my roots started closer to the scalp than the rest of the hair on my head!! The whole time I was wondering if she was on drugs or hungover from the weekend. Her reasoning was that there was a lack of communication, how can that be when I showed her a picture of what I wanted?? I could have saved my $300 and done it myself with better results. I ended up sitting there for 7 hours, we went through the process twice!! I was so upset. She put me under the heater, and said she would be back in 10 minutes, she probably left me there for 30 minutes, never offered me any water!! Becky is super shady and a liar!! She knew she would be reprimanded if the manager knew what really happened!! So she ran to the manager before I could meet with him and told him I was upset because my hair was not platinum. No, that was not the problem, the problem was, my balayage was the result of someone who does not know what they are doing!! I was so thirsty and starving and upset, I just wanted to leave!! The manager treated me like I was over-reacting, absolutely horrible customer service!! Please dont take your chances at this salon, you could either end up with someone who has experience and knows what they are doing or you could end up with Becky!! Please dont waste your money, please dont risk ruining your hair by going to this salon!!
