I am completely dismayed by the quality of the workers compared to the pricing structure. I walked in to have my roots done. It was a whim decision which I will never do again. The girl walked me to her station, looked at my hair, I told her I wanted my roots touched up. She disappeared and came back with color already mixed. She didnt look to see if it would match my hair, she just decided on a color. She slathered the color onto my roots and I never got to see in the mirror, but it felt like it was getting on my face. She moved me to a steamer machine for 30 minutes where she then escorted and worked on at least 3 other women while I was processing. Then, some girl walked by with dye all over her arms and my stylist told her to take me to the sink. I had to ask of they were going to work the color through at least part of the rest of my hair because I didnt want a straight line on my hair! They did that and let it sit for a few more minutes. The color was washed from my hair and since I didnt have time to get my hair cut as well, they were going to let me walk out of there with dripping hair. I asked for a towel when the girl with stained arms told me she could put me under the dryer for 10 minutes. I used the towel and the dryer to make it so that my hair wasnt dripping down my back. I finished "well enough" and found my way back to the front desk. Nobody would check me out! Finally, I made eye contact and asked if she could check me out. There were 4 girls at the front desk and each one told me my hair looked good. I did not look in the mirror because I was trying to leave quickly at this point. The stylist came up and told me she thought it looked good too! While I was "steaming" the color, the girl next to the stylist who slathered color on me, was curling her own hair and putting on makeup. (Another totally unprofessional sight in a salon which charges such high prices) I tipped the girl and left. When I got outside to my car, I looked in the rear view mirror and saw that I had 1/4 dye stain framing my entire face. I looked closer and it was on the top of my ears, inside my ears and a little above my eyebrows. I could NOT believe that professional stylists would allow ANYONE to leave their salon looking like that! I drove to Sallys, purchased some color remover and got it taken care of myself. However, knowing that no less than 6 girls saw me and didnt say a word, I will NEVER go to ANY visible changes again. The work is inferior. Wella hair color is flat, mono, and looks like shoe polish on my hair. The stylist do not care about their clients or they would NEVER allow one to leave their salon looking like that. Then, to make matters far worse, I paid $53 dollars for a root touch up. UNBELIEVABLE! People, do not waste your money and time at a place that services walmart quality and charges Neiman Marcus prices! These girls need to attend continuing education classes and learn how to keep the skin from being dyed. They need to learn quality service techniques. The business model is not necessarily the problem, just the quality of stylists who work there. The rating says Poor-Fair, however, in my vote, it would be below poor and nowhere close to fair. Dont go there. Youre better off finding an Aveda salon or an individual who you can trust than this kind of warehouse who must hire the dredges of the styling world to work for them. AWFUL is my rating.

Very poor customer service. My appt. was with someone named Stephanie ( I never actually got to meet her) at 6:30 p.m. I show up at 6:15, the young woman checks me in, and I wait patiently for my 6:30 appointment. 6:30 comes and goes and I continue to wait....and wait....and wait. Now, I completely understand that some clients take longer than expected, so as I watched stylist after stylist finish up with their clients, walk them out and then either return and sit in their chair on their phone or leave the salon altogether, my choice of who Stephanie actually was was getting smaller and smaller. At about 6:50 pm, the last two female stylists who couldve been Stephanie finished with their clients. So I waited. I watched them walk their clients to the front desk, the clients check out, and I watched the stylists continue to stand up at the desk chatting away to the receptionists like there wasnt a single person waiting in the salon. At 7 pm I had reached my max wait time, but as I began to stand, a young man named Jaylen came over and said that he didnt know who I was waiting for but he would be happy to cut my hair. Jaylen was absolutely wonderful. He listened to what I wanted and took everything in steps, always asking throughout the process for my opinion. Hes the only reason this place even gets 1 star (that and Google wont let you leave a negative star review). Jaylen gets 5 stars. Visible Changes gets -4. To top it off, after waiting for 30 minutes without being approached by anyone from the reception desk to tell me why in the world Stephanie had better things to do than cut my hair, I still get charged for the cut. And the young woman who rang me up, whos name I didnt get, needs a serious attitude adjustment. She also needs to be taught how to look people in the eye and smile once in a while. All in all, an absolutely terrible experience, with the exception of Jaylen. Id rather pay an extra $15-$20 and be in and out in the amount of time it simply took someone to notice me at this place.

I went and scheduled an appointment IN PERSON and when I called up there the day of the appointment to make sure I still had one since I never got a confirmation call, they said I didnt have it so I had to schedule one AGAIN and luckily they had an opening but not for the stylist I wanted so I got stuck with a girl named Anna and she was so standoffish and rude and didnt even cut my hair with any effort. It seemed like she didnt want to be there and when she asked me questions about like how my day was and so forth she wouldnt reply to my answers and it was just very awkward for me. She was obviously asking because she had to or wanted some sort of tip. Didnt smile or anything. Even if a stylist is having a bad day, I would rather you tell me whats up instead of having me wonder if its me thats irritating you by having you do your job. The haircut was very mediocre and really just ended up with the ends having a heavy look and the bangs with no shape. This is the second time a stylist has screwed up on my hair when Ive paid good money to have my hair done there. Ive been going there since I was 11 and Im now 21 so Ive witnessed good service against bad service. Okay Im done with my rant. Ughhh. Probably wont go back again anymore. At least not to this one.
