I would give this place no stars if that were an option. First, this place charged me $10 for a simple haircut, not $4.99. Second, the lady did not seem to understand English very well. I showed her a picture of what I wanted (which was a long bob) and told her I did not want her to make the front length any shorter. My hair was currently all the same length an inch below my collar bone. She seemed to understand and began cutting. I noticed she grabbed the front hair and pulled it to the back to cut it and I immediately panicked and told her, please dont cut these, I want the front longer than the back (how a long bob should look). She said "I only trim". I believed her, and let her do her job. When I looked in the mirror to see my hair I didnt look too short in the front, it was not a very steep lob like in the picture I showed her but it was okay. She turned me around and I told her, it was good already. She said she was just going to add biosilk to my hair ( I believed her). As she pulled all my hair back, and I heard the clipping of scissors. I panicked! When she turned me around, I no longer had a lob. It was a bob. All of my hair was now the same length (short) and above my shoulders. If only I could turn back time, but it was too late. Im never going back to this place again.

I had a wonderful hair cut from a guy who needed a translator to understand me. That aside, he was very rough with his clippers and I have nasty razor burn on my neck that still stings hours later. Not bad for 5 bucks, I suppose. Might lower my score if my neck doesnt look better by tomorrow.

I have been getting my haircut by Linda since 2003. She is very kind, she takes her time, does a great job, always cuts and styles my hair perfectly. In addition to a great cut, she trims my eye brows, provides a mini neck and neck massage, and uses astringent to add that final touch.
