The place had great ratings so I decided to give them a shot since Im picky about my hair. The front door requires an access code, which I didnt have since I was to be a new customer. I called the number, where I was greeted by a business-mannered woman who told me that there was no receptionist today (on a monday??) but she assured me it wouldnt be long before an employee would be by the door to let someone in who had an appointment. I waited half an hour after driving 15 min to get there, and a finely-dress, very large black woman with short hair did come by to let another customer in the door. I called out to her saying that I had a question, she ignored me, so I walked up and said "Hello?! Can I get in for a walk-in?" She looked me in the eye, rolled her eyes at me, then gestured to brush me off as she closed the door behind herself. On her way back out just a minute later, she ignored me again, got in her car and drive off! What kind of service is that?! Im finely dressed, clean shaven, and just showered. What reason did she have to ignore a potential new customer in such a manner?? Utterly insulting and incredibly rude, I will NOT be back to try again.

Denese is the best hair stylist I have ever had! She has been doing my hair for a little bit over a year now, and I have no complaints. My natraul has grown a lot and everywhere I go i always get compliments on my hair! She knows all of her clients well. Which is very important to me. She is also very professional and she always keeps up with the lastest hair trends! If you want quality and great customer service Over The Top Hair is where you should go!

Lets just say Im very picky about my hair but I am more than satisfied with my sew in from Denise. She is very professional, timely, and a great stylist!!! I have never been more happy with my sew in. Im week 7 in and my hair is still holding up nicely which Ive never experience with any other sew in. I normally have to take it down between week 6-8 but not with Denise. I will definetely be returning back to over the top!

Denise is very professional, which is important when a person is making an investment. She does not overbook, which is very nice. She also has an assistant or two on hand, which is very helpful in keeping you moving through your process. Tiffani S.

The stylist is great. She took her time to explain all the details of the different extensions I could chose from. Once I decided to go with the braidless sew in, my results were awesome and lasted three months.

Time is valuable to me and I appreciate not spending half my day in a hair salon. When I book with Denise I dont worry about her overbooking her appointments!
