Rachel Jonesis the best hair stylist!:) She is the creative director and has been "creating" with my hair styles for more than 20 yrs! I wouldnt go to anyone else! In fact many people have asked me for her name because they liked my cut. I have lost count of how many persons i have referred to her!!:) My daughter also gets her hair cut and styled by Rachel. She is 32 and had her 1st cut with Rachel at age 4. Part of what makes her so special is her true caring of her clients and her desire to match the cut with the person! She has a heart of gold. And is beautiful on the inside and outside.! Through the years we have developed a close friendship. I am so hapoy that she us being honored today for reaching the million dollar retail! I feel so blessed to know her. May God continue to bless her and Visible Changes!:) Tish Garza is my chemical specialist and the Creative Director. She is a genuinely caring person who with her quiet, gentle touch, just transforms my hair color and gives me gorgeous highlights! Like Rachel, our relationship has evolved to a close friendship. And like Rachel,.I have referred many people to her. Tish, like Rachel, is a true professional. I believe that her deep and strong faith shines through in her creativity with color. I had very long hair with subtle layering and went in for a trim. I left devastated with shoulder length hair with the worst choppiest layers of my life a modern mullet)!! I could not believe my eyes when I saw what Nufo had done. I called to complain, I came back and they ATTEMPTED" to "fix" it. I STILL HATE IT! While my hair was being "fixed" Nufo (whod ruined my hair) was allowed to sit in the chair next to me while I got it fixed glaring at me and bragging about what wonderful work he does and how many clients are allegedly "pleased" with him. He harassed me through the entire experience. I left devistated, humiliated, and harassed. If you value your hair, your time, or your emotions I suggest you take your hair elsewhere. Corporate could not have cared less that he was allowed to "park" in the chair beside me and harass me. It is going to take my hair years to grow back. I wish there were a zero star option. :(

I took my 12 year old daughter Gabby to Visible Changes to get her cut and she wanted to add a little color like a lot of her friends are doing. I made an appointment with Cassie Solis. What a great experience my daughter and I had. Cassie was so professional and helpful. My daughter wanted to color just her bangs. My daughter has medium brown hair leave it up to my daughter to pick a bright crazy red color and Cassie could tell I thought that was a little bright for my daughter, so I didnt have to say anything. Im Not a cool mom lol. Cassie talk with my daughter and suggested a few lighter colors that would look good with my daughters hair color. My daughter trusted Cassie and went with a color that she suggested. Thank goodness Cassie is so knowledgeable working with all ages! She really did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Cassie Solis. She is awesome!!!!!

I had extremely long hair and wanted to do something different so I did some research on the internet and decided on a Pixie cut. I saw all the wonderful reviews with Rachel Jones at Visible Changes (Deerbrook Mall) so decided to give her a try and booked an apt. (I was very nervous about going that short). She was EXTREMELY professional and the cut was fantastic! I love, love, love it! She even suggested me getting a few highlights on top and was able to get me in immediately with one of their color specialist. After the color, she then styled my hair (and showed me a few tricks on styling it) and made some recommendations on products for my new type of cut (I had no idea on what to use for styling). I am extremely pleased with Visible Changes AND Rachel Jones is now my permanent hair salon stylist! Thank you Rachel!

Erica Collard does an outstanding job highlighting my hair! I am very picky and hard to please, so have found it difficult to find someone to color and cut my hair to my satisfaction. For many years, I have tried other salons close to home, but could not find anyone I was happy with so would drive across town to another salon. Erica is not only professional and knows what she is doing, always continuing to learn more; she is also quite personable, funny and entertaining. Most important, she does great with my hair and is someone you can trust with her honesty. I have recommended her to friends who have also been quite pleased and have become a loyal customer. I am happy to say that I am now a loyal and confident customer of Erica’s at Visible Changes Deerbrook Mall location. I give Erica a big “thumbs up”!

I originally went to Mastercuts to get a hair cut, but they told me it would be two hours before they could fit me in. I looked to the right and there was a worker playing with her hair on the chair and the girl at the counter said "unless..." and she turns to the girl in the chair. The girl didnt look too enthusiastic and I did not want to have someone who did not want to cut my hair to do it. So I told them no thanks and went to Visible Changes, I AM SO GLAD I DID! They fit me right in and set me up with KIMBERLY. She was AMAZING! She was good, efficient, and so friendly! She made me feel very comfortable. When I got home, my husband loved the hair cut and couldnt keep his hands off it :) Didnt look at the reviews before I went, but I can see why they have such great review. They have great service!

I took my 3 year old son for a Haicut for his Birthday Party and pictures. I paid $2 extra for a Senior Stylist who is supose to be more experienced and qualified but all I got was a Crap haircut for my son. I instructed the Senior Stylist in detail how I wanted his hair styled; She left uneven patches on the sides, could not fade properly, and didnt line the edges around his ears and neck. Then when she was done she put gel and blew dried his hair and didnt even come it to the style I requested. I pointed out to cut the edges around his ears and the back of his neck, she couldnt even to that properly. The front desk is rude and very unprofessional and tried to over charge for a kids haircut and when corrected they didnt apologise for the mistake. They Just Dont Care.

The haircut I received was okay, but nothing like the picture I brought in. Tracy, the girl who did my hair, kept insulting me & I was almost in tears by the time she was done. She also burned my ear with a flat iron & then blamed it on me because my ears stick out. Im highly sensitive about that issue but she just kept commenting every time her comb "accidentally" caught one of my ears. Then, after she finished layering my hair, I asked her if she minded cutting my layers about an inch shorter in the back. She then intentionally yanked my hair with her comb. When I brought it to her attention, she didnt say a word. Needless to say, this was the shittiest service Ive ever received in a salon. If I ever go back there, Tracy will NOT touch my hair!
