The manager here is the most rude disrespectful prick I have ever met in retail. We listened to him talk down to a customer that asked if they were sure some of there records were in good working order. Instead of just saying up front they do a visual check and if it doesnt work properly you can bring it back he told her its used and he isnt sure if it would work and told her it was basically like her asking someone at McDonalds if they tried her burger to make sure it was good!!! This blew my mind and my wife almost walked out. The customer that was told this started to get upset then he arrogantly just said if it doesnt work you can return it and she said ok. I was moved to a different register to check out (thank god) and when I told the other employee what had happened she laughed and said yeah he is very blunt we think its funny when he does that!!!!! Oh my god what is going on here??? I will most likely never be back and if I do I will turn around and leave if I see him. I have been to other locations and had much better service.

I went to sell movies and Glenn was so rude. Made me feel so uncomfortable. I have never been treated so horrible. I will never go back into this store again because of him. I buy and sell in this store all the time (it was my favorite location,I would drive from fort worth to come here ALL the time) I surely hope he wasnt the manager on duty...if so thats even worse..the person that I think is the manager is great and I honestly dont think he would have employees working for him that are so horrible to customers. I felt like I wasnt wanted in the store, like I was bothering them...I hope someone does something about this or I will not be back to any stores. I work in retail and in management so I know this is unacceptable. Most of the other employees are great. But for some reason he acts like this....

I wouldnt even put a star on here but I had no choice but I went in and bought an Xbox for myself it didnt even have a storage drive in it somebody wasnt doing their job as usual in this store and then when I wanted to coworker to check every game system just to make sure it works and I didnt have to come back again the manager got upset with the coworker that I wanted him to do that and I had to tell the manager that I wanted him to check the game system apparently theres something that theyre hiding theyre not doing their job something this is the first time Ive ever had a problem with the store Ive been coming to the same one for about a year and since new management in new employees its going down I would recommend if you get a game system dont go here

Its a great place for finding older, physical media you wont normally find in stores anymore (which is great for me cause I hate having to buy dvds & cds I want online just because its outdated in format & relevancy to society which would also come with delivery tax depending where you buy). BUT its not the place if you want to buy the latest video game or anything like that. This is a 3rd party media store in the same sense of what Blockbuster was, dont expect this place to have the same media you want for a cheaper price (if not more expensive).

We bought a controller and a ps2. Both controllers (sold separate and the ps2 one) were broken. Arrived to return the first one we noticed broken.They didnt have a replacement and instead we got a brand new one for 5 more dollars. This brand new controller was also broken. Considering they proudly said "we test all our merchandise" this was ridiculous. The ps2 controller we didnt notice in till later, so we have to make yet another trip back.

Huge selection of basically all entertainment media (videos, music, games) and the staff is usually courteous/helpful. I use to go to this store for movies/television series collections, but now I enjoy looking for interesting toys/collectables and fairly inexpensive Nintendo GBA/DS games. Speaking of prices, a good portion of the used media is priced well, but new items can be a bit overpriced for my taste.

Good place for movies (especially harder to find ones), games, and friendly staff. Ok place for game systems. Absolutely abysmal for any accessories. I realize this is a brick and mortar store, but price gouging for accessories just drives more customers away. For example, a 60GB XBox S hard drive is $59+tax here; while Amazon sells 320GB for $20.

Cashier took cash from my son for a transaction and pocketed it. I paid with a cc. She never took the cash off of my purchase. Went back to get the cash and the manager wouldnt even look at the cameras. Had an attitude when I asked him to check. Also took the original receipt. When I asked for it back, he threw it at me. Will NEVER shop here again.

Customer service is fantastic! I wanted an out of production DVD..the associate not only found me a copy, but they sent it out to me within the week..I had priced this DVD online, and other places wanted $40 for a used copy..MTC only charged $19.99..very pleased with the helpfulness of the staff, every visit.

I went to trade in some games for store credit and I had to wait for over an hour, Though I did not mind waiting since they only had two people at the time. Tatsu, who was one of the employees there was very friendly and helpful. She worked very hard and did not stress out, even though the store was slammed.

Friendly staff. Clean environment. Excellent selection with good prices. Only down side was the wait to checkout. Stood for 15 minutes to be checked out. Only one person in front of me, counted 6 workers and only one behind the checkout counter. Aside from the wait, I enjoyed my experience.

Love this store. Normally I dont have a reason to deal with the employees but this time I was having trouble finding a movie, wish I remembered the guys named I dealt with he was very knowledgeable and very nice. Very good customer service. I will continue to be a customer!!

Depending on when you go the staff can be very cool, but the prices on a lot of older video games are much too high. Expect to pay a lot more than Amazon used. The return policy is very relaxed though, so as long as youre okay with the price tag you can buy with confidence.

I love this store. I think the staff is awesome and love the fact they have the older game systems and games. Along with just about every movie you are looking for. And if they dont have what you looking for they call other stores to see if they do. Awesome place to go.

Ive gotten some pretty good movies and games here. Posters too. If they dont have a movie or game you are looking for, they will check the other stores for you. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They are always grooving to some kind if music. I love this place!

A movie and game lovers paradise. In the world of e-commerce it is nice to still have a store like this and the Hulen location in Fort Worth to go into and browse to find that hard to find DVD that you can never find through online retailers.
