Its great for new releases, family and kids movies. They have games for Xbox, PS and Wii. Ive never rented games, but the movies are very reasonably priced. All movies except for new releases are 5 day rentals. As far as older movies go each location is different so the majority of movies are the same. However if. You are looking for something your store doesnt have you might get lucky if you call another location. The employees are friendly and helpful too.

Horrible! If i could give zero stars I would. Went in looking for a movie and when I asked the cashier if she had it she told me she couldnt understand what I was saying and that I needed to speak up, she had no problem understanding me when I asked her what her problem was. Unprofessional, uneducated, rude staff

Just moved to Texas from Oklahoma. Love Family Video!!! We lost all our walk-in movie rental stores in Oklahoma and only had redboxs for the last couple of years. It is wonderful to be able to have both old and new releases to choose from. I hope Texans support your local video stores before its too late!

Great place to rent from. Very good pricing and will even clean the disks, professionally, if damaged - unlike being stuck once you get home after a Redbox visit.
