Ive been meaning to come and do this for a while, and keep getting distracted. I had an issue a while back, and had posted about it and then gone in to speak with the manager - he was absolutely wonderful! He listened, took the time to explain things to me instead of just saying "thats how it is". I was extremely happy when I left. I had been using Movie Trading Company extensively for a while before that, and absolutely loved the staff and the experiences until then. That was the type of issue that could have caused me never to go back, but instead I was made to feel valued, respected, and listened to. I will definitely continue to go here, and highly recommend to anyone.

Im just a ordinary guy here who just gotta get something off my chest, at location accross the irving mall theres a mixed hispanic female whos been there few years now, im glad she checked me out saturday at exactly 9:05pm because i have a receipt her clerk id: KIMC, shes the only reason that motivated me to drive from mansfield to that location, i like how she gives me a discount after a certain quantity of movies and i didnt even realize it, she deserves to see this because im a guy and if i tell her in person i feel like she might think im trying to hit on her, im speaking from the professionalism and great customer service i always get from her. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Theres a girl that works there MACKENY or MACKINING she wares glasses! not sure what her name is she was very rude to me. I was talking to the girl in the register about the MADDEN NFL16 that the price was cheaper at walmar. this girl MACKENY or whatever her name is just came out of no were and told me that what was i doing there to go buy it from walmart. I was using a gift card that was given to my 7 yr old. Manager need to check her thats not the way to treat a coustemer that is going to pay $60 for a video game.This girl need a new job!

Every time I walk in to MTC it feels like they take the good games off the shelf. I know that most people only care about new things but that doesnt mean you can limit your inventory and single out Retro Gamers. On the plus side the staff is very friendly and helpful only lacking in knowledge of the games. I wish there was a real Retro Gaming Store in my area. Overall the MTC is great for cheap movies and fair on newer games like PS4, Xbox One, and PS3 but SNES, PS2, Sega, and NES fans should steer clear.

The one dude that helped me was seriously dumb AF. He rang up my whole purchase and swiped my card then told me they had a buy 2 get 1 free sale going and I asked if it was applied and was told only certain games counted. I went to another location later that day and got the deal with all merchandise in the store. Then told me a 25% off coupon I had was only for PlayStation one games which was a lie. Long story short dont go to this location.

Called to see if they had an item, rep was very rude and short with me. Asked to be called when item was available, she said "OK, is there anything else I can do" and hung up without asking for my contact information. Will never shop at this location. Horrible staff, horrible availability, and horribly customer service. Stick with GameStop or newegg

Huge selection of movies, music and video games. Sometimes in the afternoon and evening they play music that has cursing. Not they best place for young children.
