Those are the rudest kids working there. Dingy looking place and nasty rest room btw. So the girl sent me home with the wrong movie. Had to go back and waste my gas. . Instead of saying, "o Im so sorry, what can I do to fix this. How can I help to make this better, anything, would have been better than just , "well its because someone put the wrong movie in there". Deflecting and placing blame instead of taking ownership and assisting me. Really??!!.. then she walked away and forgot about me. I walked up and was like hello, what are u going to do to help? You made the mistake. She in a terrible, rotten attitude said, Im going to give u a free movie. You know thats nice but its in all the way you talk to the customers. Kids you will never make it in the real world with a bad attitude. You will only learn the hard way. Such a shame.

This place is pretty awesome. Its absolutely everything I miss about renting movies. Cheap prices, great selections, being able to keep them for more then one day, and also new releases as well! But the only reason Im not giving this place 5 stars is because some of the staff I encountered seemed a little rude as if they didnt want me to be. I maybe thinking a little in to it, but at the same at other Family Video locations the employees were A LOT nicer, and waaaaay more friendlier. But I but I can easily look past that for the simple fact that a place like this still exist!!!!!!

We love this place, only when we dont have a rude person checking us out. I dont know the girls name but every single time we go she always has a look on her face the BF ALL THE TIME. She doesnt even make eye contact and always acts like she had a damn problem working there. Ive seen her smile to her coworkers but as soon as she checks a customer out she seems so bothered.

Really bad customer service from "NIKKI" she is an employee there that has the worst attitude ever just horriblw customer service with her rolling eyes just plain ghetto as for the place they are not organized. Movies are not in there place so we are limited to the movies we want because not even the staff knows where the movies are.

I called to rent out the movies over the phone and this rude person tells me I have to pay now !!! Over the phone; I told her I have no credit card then has the audacity to demand payment upon receiving the movies and says "you can only rerent the movies once over the phone. Youll get your money! Last time I rent here!

They have all new releases, place is clean and they are friendly and helpful. The only caution is that they limit new release rentals to 1 evening only, customer doesnt have a choice on how many days. The late fees accumulate pretty fast and before you know it you owe more than monthly subscription to Netflix.

Not all the time but certain workers have a bad and sassy attitude. I rather go to Redbox. Or watch something on Netflix. The movie that I got from them yesterday will not play. But the last time I called and mentioned the movie is messing up amd will not play they had a real nasty attitude. Good luck..

My experience here was awesome!! They have alot of free movies so its great for people on a budget!! Plus their staff is really helpful too! George helped me find all the movies I was looking for and he was super cute too! I would recommend this place to everyone!
