I love this place....the prices are great and the employees are helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable. I no longer even bother with Redbox. At this store I can peruse the offerings and be out of the weather. I esp. love the 2 for a $1 ones you can rent for five days at a time....finally catching up on movies Ive wanted to see for years.

Jessica who I am guessing is the store manager is rude, not in front of customers but after they leave it is a whole other story. I have witnessed this myself Lord knows what she says after I leave. She does have Sizeism and hates anyone who isnt a bean pole or is too tall. Pretty sad especially in that area of Frisco.

They put me on hold for fifteen minutes. "Hold on just one second." seriously??? This isnt even the first time this has happened. They put the phone down and forget about it! Not only that, but the 20 dollar deposit thing is ridiculous. There are much better ways of doing things. I will take my business elsewhere

If you live in Frisco, Tx. and go to Block Buster youre getting ripped off with high priced old movies that are terrible. Go to Family Video where the HITS of the oldies are show cased and the new releses are waiting.
