Ive been a Family Video customer for 15 yrs, but now I will never spend my money with this place again. All they have over modern technology (On Demand, Netflix, etc...) was their customer service. But due to horrible upper management by a lady named Jessica I will never spend my money with this business again. Anyways, its time for me to leave the stone ages and catch up with more affordable, more convenient ways to get my movies. With this type of upper management, this business will be closing down within a year anyways

I didnt realize how much I missed the in-store moving renting experience until I stopped in here. The store has a wide variety of movies including older movies that are hard to find elsewhere. There is even a free kids movie section. They get new releases before their competitors which is really nice. Basically, they do everything right that Blockbuster did wrong. If youre looking to rent a movie in McKinney, I highly recommend them.

There xbox 360 game gta5 never worked had to go back there 3 times to switch it out and couldnt even get my money back my only option was a rental credit so thats the last they are going to see or hear from me again they lost me as a customer

Free kid movies (assuming you remember to return on time lol). Good prices. Free rentals for grades end of school year. Teacher promotions. Used to have a good "faith" section but thats dwindled and is kind of disappointing now.
