I was charged $11.00 late fee on 2 movies that were a day late.I only paid $8.00 for all three. Problem was that the lady b4 me she took off the late fee, but didnt have any problem charging me.What happened to $1.00 a day. Well she should have given me a teceipt when i rented them, and told me, but she was gabby till I walked out.. Oh well Im done with them.

Everyone there is so nice and their staff is extremely friendly and personable. Prices are good. Selection is great. You can renew over the phone and you can order for delivery with pizza for an amazing Friday family night. Pretty much this is the best place ever.
