Ive been a customer of Family Video for 15 yrs but now I will never spend my money with this business again. The only thing they had over modern technology (On Demand, Netflix, etc...) was customer service and because of horrible upper management by a lady named Jessica, I will never spend my money at this place again. Its time for me to get out of the stone ages and catch up to easier, more affordable, more convenient ways to get my movies. Anyways, with management like they currently have, this place will be out of business within a year

All of the store employees are super friendly and helpful. Their store is laid out kind of weird with a couple of sections to browse including "2 for $1," "New Releases," "Nearly New Releases," and "Favorites." But everything within the sections is organized alphabetically, and Ive never found movies that were out of place. The kids movies are free, which is awesome. My daughter will go in there and pick out two at a time. Plus, their prices and hours are great. If Blockbuster had been more like Family Video, they wouldnt have failed.

Always a great deal,specially with the free kids movies and the two for a $1 you cant beat it. Wish there were more family videos and closer oh and so wish one of those wipe half your late fee coupons would find its way to me lol. Great ,clean friendly place.

I was in icu for a week on my birthday the 26th of June when I made it home the 2nd of July. I thought my dear family would look on tv top and take last 2 videos back nope they didnt (bummer) . now my criedt sucks Im sure. I just love this place.
