Store was nice, clean, and had a good selection, but the service was horrible. I had a CD in my hand and stood at the front of the store by the checkout counter. A female employee was helping someone with a used video game system. Another guy was standing next to me waiting for help. The female employee finished with the used video game system, grabbed a ladder and didnt ask the guy next to me or myself if we were ready to check out. She even walked between me and the registers and said, "Excuse me" while carrying the ladder. She saw me and the other guy at the register counters, but didnt say she would be back, she would help us in a minute or anything. It was like we didnt even exist...even though she acknowledged me by saying "Excuse me". A male employee came over to the registers and the guy beside me asked him for help, as he sure wasnt offering help, but his attitude obviously showed he wasnt interested in helping him or me. He didnt ask if I was ready to check out or say he would be with me in a moment. Its obvious this isnt his line of work. At any rate, I ended up leaving empty handed, because I can definitely take my business somewhere else or buy what I need, or should I say want, online. I love going to Movie Trading Company, but I will never return to this store due to the poor service. Unfortunately, there isnt another MTC close to me either. I did contact the corporate office, so hopefully they will talk with the employees at the store and maybe, hopefully, the customer service will improve for future customers when compared to the poor service me and other reviewers have experienced.

This store is wonderful. Classic games, Blu-Ray/DVD, CDs, posters, toys...television seasons I hadnt seen in years and couldnt find anywhere else. The service and turn around time is reasonable. Rentals are convenient and cheap. The manager really has his store well in hand. The Asst. Manager always keeps things entertaining. Nikki, the shift lead, always makes me smile and the rest of the staff do their best to keep things running smoothly. If you want convenience, polite and willing customer service, and good prices, this is the place to go.

Overwhelming selection. If you are not certain of what you want you could spend hours in this store, or any of their locations. Movies, records, DVD sets, games and collectibles, usually at great rates. Enjoy the discoveries or the stroll down memory lane.

I feel like there sales for buy two get one free should allow you to choose which games you get for free but it does not, however I have gotten better sell back prices from this place than any other game shops.

Overpriced used stuff cost more than what u can buy it new for. 1 was the only customer on a Saturday night. I wonder why. This place wont last. Save yourself from ever stopping.
