I used to go to the one in Allen and am so happy and excited to know that there is one nearby here in Carrollton where I moved! I love Family Video and highly recommend them. And for those who complain that the line is always busy, it is because they are normally very busy, specially on weekends. If you are a regular like me, you know that this place can get really crowded.

I went to the store wanting to buy an ice cream picked out an ice cream and went up to the cashier she said the total is $1.61 I said ok and gave her a $1 and 3 quarters and she gets the money and says "get the f*uck out of here you are so rude" while her kid was sitting next to her

Love this place. Large selection of movies and games. Cheap rental prices. First 30 days you get half off all rentals. Staff is friendly. Way better than Blockbuster. Wish they had more stores
