Movies are reasonable, meaning cheaper than Redbox.The movies are never scratched or bootleg. They offer old and new games for various gaming systems. Service is amazing and the people are honest if you need their opinion on a movie. Theyre never crowded. Marcos Pizza is next door and they have a window in family video so you can get your pizza and movies at the same time. Quick and easy return policy. Overall amazing experience.

Beware Hidden fees. My family just shut down our account there. We were going to be late so we renewed over the phone and it was the same amount that it cost when we initially rented then 5 nights, so we go in 2 days later, tonight and we go ro return and rent more movies and instead of the $3.91 we were told it would be they charged us over $11 for "late fees" even though over the phone they told us it would be fine.

Aweful customer services.Went to rent a xbox360 game controller and they gave me a old controller that didnt have the correct plug in.Then when i got home i called them twice and said they had no idea what i was talking about and that we should have known and hung up. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, NEVER GOING BACK AND IM TELLING EVERYONE TO NEVER GO THERE.MANGER SUCKS AT WHAT SHE DOES AND IS RUDE.

This is your typical video store with a very BlockBuster/Hollywood Videos style feel. They do have some pretty good movie selections but the videos are $x.xx per day, not for 2-3 days like BB/HWV. I will say that the kids movie when you rent a regular movie deal is good, but I cant speak for all stores that all of them do this deal.

Ahhhh, the 80s live on!!! Walk in and smell the fresh aroma of Marcos Pizza (in-store)!! And endless videos, you cant find on Netflix or anywhere! Love it!!
