I love this store and I have never had a problem with the store associates like ever. But Im usually my cheery happy go lucky self and they are drawn to that. I just went there today and I had an awesome person, and if I knew his name I would write it but sadly I dont remember his name. Yes I love Entertainmart and Half Price Books but I do love this store the most, just bought Inuyasha season 7 two weeks ago. Anyway honest opinion.

Horrible!!! They will literally give you .50 cents for your dvds. I sold them three dvds (one was a rare collectors item) and they paid me a buck fifty. I advise that you go to ENTERTAINMART. Its right down the street and they have much much much better prices

While they have a decent collection of video games, some are in poor shape. I suggest going to "game over games" only a minute away if your looking to get some video games. Smells musty inside as well. While I do love MTC, this store isnt the best one

A great place for Video Games and Movies. Retro or new available. The staff are awesome and know what they are talking about. Nostalgia City!!! Do a walk through, you will go back. We usually stop in Fridays for a Movie. Highly recommend!!!

The worst customer service ever. Even the manager is rude and unhelpful. Ive never had such rude service at an establishment period. The owner should look into this location and replace the staff.
