I would like to change my children from Valley Ranch kinder care because of the reason that i went in the other day and my baby was laying on her tummy in the thing they call a pool. It was my 7 month old Timara when i pick her up her eye lashes were wet like she been cry. I asked the lady she said no shes hasnt been cry but she was, around her eyes were red and eye lashes were wet so i left it alone .That same day they had another baby on his tummy just crying smaller then mine. So 7/11/2016 i went to pick up my kids the lady said she had a little acceident so i look she has a bump and a buries on her right side of her forhead. So am like how did this happen she said she feel out of the so called pool thing i told her i dont think this happen out of that. She said you think she wasnt being watched i said its not that am just very carefull about my kids she asked you want an acciedent report. I said yes and like she didnt want to make it then she told me to sign i read it and i asked her can you put that she has a buries so she did then i signed it. I told her i need it in cause they ask why i want to change daycare they know why .So today 7/12/2016 i ask the main lady their it looked like she knew what had happen and was trying to avoid me if it wasnt for that it was for asking her if i could bring a jump or walker for the baby cause all they do is lay their. She said she would ask but i never got a response so today i asked her what did the say about the jump or walker. She said they said no. So i told her what had happen yesterday and she said she would talk to them. To when i walked in she was in the same room my baby was Timara and she told them ladys to watch the kids that was before i had talked to her so i think they dont pay attention to them. So understand me for wanting to change last time it tolk me 3 day care to find one i felt good about. I had read the reviews and i still put my babies their i regret it. My older child is 7 and says they are always screaming she dont like it their . If anyone knows a good day care let my know in irving they havent even been their a month and this happen. a 0 if i could

I wish I had read Ryans review before I went. They are closer to me in Irving than then CareNow thats in Grapevine. It took forever to see me, even though I was only the second person there. I got there right at opening. They took forever to see the first guy as well. The receptionist girl was extremely rude, and unless they need something from you, they disappear to the back leaving no one up front. I had to resort to just yelling "excuse me!!" through the window until someone came up. They dont even have a bell you can ring. They said it was taking forever because of "computer glictches". The doctor I finally saw was friendly enough, but as usual, didnt do any sort of diagnostics for my cough (coughing up blood and yellow mucus). They claim to have x-ray capability but none was offered. She said shed give me antibiotics and started rushing out of the room. I tried to ask questions, as she was OUTSIDE the door already and CLOSING the door on me, saying the nurse would be back in to give me my prescriptions. Additionally, the doctor seemed to have none of my medical records for what I JUST FILLED OUT in the lobby, like my history of Asthma. She asked casually "have you ever had asthma symptoms?" and I said "I just filled all that out in the papers!". She said she didnt have any of that information. She asked again what medications I was taking and what I was allergic to, all stuff I had just filled out. This place is amateur and took forever. I didnt even save time over going to CareNow, where Ive been before. This place was horrible.

If I could give it zero stars I would! My 2 year old and 7 month old have only been at this facility for exactly 2 months and there have been THREE incident reports. The director Pauline has no COMPASSION, she is only there to get a paycheck, has no interest in what is best for the kids. She told me that my daughter was 2 and that it is NORMAL! No, it is not normal for my daughter to end up with a scar on her face!!!! Then the last time I picked her up I saw a big long scratch on her chest and there not even be an incident report made until I POINTED IT OUT! When I told her I was going to withdraw them all Pauline said was go ahead, she could care less! My 7 month old and is mixed with older kids that can walk around, and has been knocked over and hit in the head too many times that I have seen myself and people walk in there without any booties! DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE IF YOU WANT QUALITY CARE!!!!!!!

Expectant Mother
I am a first time expectant mother who recently toured the facility at KinderCare Valley Ranch and loved it! My child will be starting care there at 12 weeks when I have to return to work. The staff is so welcoming and friendly, starting with the Director, Paulene. During my tour, the Assistant Director, Ashlie walked me through the daily schedule of the infants, their menu, as well as a detailed curriculum. All of my questions were answered and they made me feel very comfortable with this big decision I have had to make in placing my child in the care of others. I spoke with the infant teachers and feel as though my son will be surrounded by loving teachers who genuinely enjoy their time caring for these children. The classroom was very clean and organized by child and felt like a safe environment for my child. I cannot wait to see him grow and learn here!

I recommend this day care 100%. My baby was there since she was 6 weeks old to 14 months old, the teachers are loving and caring, my baby runs (kind of) to our houses door in the morning when I tell her -lets go to the school!, she is happy and she loves her teachers. The only downside I see is the learning aspect, I dont see an structure on teaching, but I can live with it as long as I know she is loved and she is hapy. Unfortunatelly we have to move and it breaks my heart, because I know how much my baby loves her teachers. Its clean, food is great, no weird smells, open and bright and you can go any time you want, me and my husband we make regular surprise visits and we always walk out with a smile in our faces. Miss Maggy does a great job as director and even Im going to miss the teachers.

My 8 year old daughter is currently enrolled at KinderCare Valley Ranch and she loves it! We enrolled her about 4 years ago when she was just a preschooler and now she is in the school-age program. From the time I enrolled her I knew she would grow and learn a little more everyday and have not been disappointed. She has always had a curriculum in each stage and I can see progress in her reading and understanding. She has excelled in school due to her extra brain-building which takes place through KinderCare. We have moved cities since she has been enrolled and still attends at this location because she loves it so much. Their summer time programs are her favorite, keeping her busy with different themes and activities every day. I can definitely see her staying her until she is 12.
