I will start by saying that the minute I walked in there I was not impress but it looked clean, and the babysitters were nice, my daughter was enrolled and stayed, I did told them that it would be temporally because she was om a waiting list for P_K , payed my whole fee no discount and registration, they told me i need it a physical for my daughter even though i have just told them that she was up to date with her shots ok fine I went ahead and payed to get it done, on the following Monday which it was my Daughters 5th day I payed for my fee again next day I told them that my daughter was no longer going to be going since she got a spot in P-k so I know for a fact since i read my right and rules that i could get some kind of refund!! well after trying yo contact Denisse for a WHOLE week , with messages from the staff saying she wasnt available, she is gone, and so on I finally got to talk to her THE FOLLOWING Tuesday YES a whole week, she told me she would call me back 30 min pass by and i called she said she was still busy that she will call as soon as she was done, it did not happen so decided to call the following day she answer , i asked about the refund she said is ready i told the girls to let you know, i replied ohh ok, I can stop by after work i get off at 7 rudely replied ohh honey we close at 6:30 i replied ok i stop by tomorrow and excuse me can you tell me how much is the refund for she told she did not know even though she is the administrator i ok stop by, next day i go and sarcasticly said ohh hi and handle me a check even though they DO NOT TAKE CHECK OR DEBIT CASH ONLY , i looked at the amount and asked why it was only $30 dls are you charging me $94 for two days she said YES thats how much it is if is single days and you were with a discounted price no i was not, I told her you know this is not right I she said it is what it is!!!hmm ok and on top that she said if you would came in with another attitude MAYBE it would of be different, IM sorry but no after paying $305 in ONLY 5 days and getting $30dlls back my reaction was not going to be the best one specially after having to be chasing her for a whole week,,, My expirience was horrible NOW i do see why people post reviews about rude staff and unprofeccional people I confirmed my self as long as you give them money they are ok the min i toook my kid out they were the worse!!!

DO. NOT. TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! The staff is COMPLETELY unprofessional. They have children running their classrooms and adults that act like children running the front office. CYNTHIA is completely unprofessional and RUDE but you cant tell the director that because that is her mother. She left my child at school and tried to make it sound like it was my fault, and then said they would not be able to get my child on early release days even though they claim that they pick up from her school. Then when I said maybe we need to change daycares she said "Well then YOU pick your child up. and HUNG UP ON ME!!! On top of that one of the teachers, JESSICA, told my daughter that she needed to hurry up out of the bathroom before she got "written up". What are the kids doing, working a job? It does take time to use the restroom... This place is AWFUL. Think twice before going there even with the late hours it is awful. The other irritating thing is they only take cash or money orders...possible tax evasion maybe? I have NO idea how they have stayed in business this long. Probably that these poor working moms dont have anywhere else to take their kids late and have no other choice. RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!!!!!

The staff is rude and they have too many kids in the room they dont help if your kid gets bit or bites. The other daycare I moved my son too they watch him so its far less biting or incidences going on. At honey bee Ive also seen a teacher pass her iced coffee around each of the babies in the morning they were like 1 also One time I walked in and someone who wasnt even a teacher was watching the kids for th last hour or so. They told me my son couldnt come back unless I paid because I forgot to swipe the other day my CCMS card but the provider is able to fix the time online themselves I guess they dont like ccms customers. Theyre very very unprofessional and rude!

I disagree with the negative review. Therefore, I will submit my opinion. Ms. Amanda, Ms.Victoria, Ms. Cynthia, Ms. Denise take every step to ensure your childs safety is always first! I couldnt thank them enough. As a mother of 3 and a busy schedule, I can always trust in Honey Bee. My kids are safe and comfortable. They enjoy waking up every morning and going to class. The daycare communicates just fine. The daycare even has an app to communicate with parents. Im always in the loop of what is going on day to day. Sad to see a bad review knowing these ladies are amazing and treat you like family.

My little one has attended Honey Bee Day Care for over 2 years and I couldnt imagine going to another child care center. As with anything there is a learning curve for the staff to get to know your childs likes/dislikes/preferences in general, but I have found the staff to be as accommodating as possible. After 2 years of attending I can honestly say that every concern I have ever voiced has always been addressed. Also, Honey Bee has been a fixture in the community for several years and that is a comforting feeling when you have to leave your little one for the day.

My 4 year old son only went for a month because it was one thing after the next with them. The first incident happened 2 weeks after he started & it was his b-day. So i sent cupcakes & they forgot to give them out to his class. Then the director tried to over charger me for late fees by trying to convience me i owed $60 when in actuality i only owed $45. The last straw was when i went to drop my son off one morning & there was no there to even open the daycare I had to get someone to watch my son at the last minute & i was late to work to top it off.

I used Hineybee when visiting from out of state. It was a last minute need I called them and they accommodated me with my granddaughter. The staff was very friendly and professional! When I arrived they showed me around, explained their routine and a answered all my questions. I get my granddaughter to be watched without hesitation. . When I picked up my granddaughter they gave me a full respite of what she drank, how many times they had changed her diaper and how long she slept. If I go visit again I would not hesitate to use Honey Bee Day Care!
