My 28 ft long fully enclosed V-Nose race trailer was stolen from the premises. Valued at over $8,500, It was literally the biggest enclosed trailer on the entire lot. Unlike every time I used the trailer in the past, nobody from public storage called to check that I had the trailer, as this was normal policy. So for 20+ days the biggest trailer on the entire lot was missing and nobody noticed a thing. Conveniently they only keep recording for 20 days... When I showed up to get the trailer (3 hrs before the biggest even of the year) the trailer was missing...only the blocks from where it was parked were left. The sales staff that day acted as if this was no big deal, and seemed less then motivated to even call the police so I could file a report. I had to ask the staff twice to remove me from the billing list so I didnt keep getting billed $94.00 each month. My trailer was missing for over 20+ days but yet I wasnt pro-rated from the time my trailer was stolen, my account was just canceled. So in conclusion, If you dont already know, here are some things you should know about Public Storages Policy and specific Jersey Village Location: 1.) Public Storage is NOT responsible in any way shape or form if your property if its stolen or damaged on their property. 2.) Public Storage will NOT let you watch or give you a copy of the video of your property getting stolen. 3.) The responding Police said they are at the facility several times a day patrolling because this is a known hot spot! 4.) If they can take my 28ft long enclosed trailer with a $100+ dollar hitch lock without anybody seeing a thing, nothing on that lot is safe. Jeremy Rohrs Race Fuel Depot

My husband and I were looking for a nice storage facility and needed assistance. We went to quite a few places before we went to Public Storage 25935 in Jersey Village. Richard greeted us at the door with a smile that we hadnt seen at any other place. He was SO helpful. He immediately showed us every size unit available that we were interested in and helped us decide what was right for us! He was thrilled to work with us and assist us. Richard is truly the best employee you could ever ask for and I am so glad we found him at Public Storage. Without him we may have continued out search! Each time we go to the unit he is there to help and assist us in any way. Thank you Richard for helping us! I want to also add that I spoke to the District Manager Synda Gaglio and she was amazing! She was happy to hear what a great job Richard did, of course, but also she was willing to help us in any way that we needed. Its rare to find a District Manager so willing to help! Thank you Synda for assisting us in our search and making this so easy! Public Storage has a great team with Synda and Richard!

Simple Air Solutions

Upon first move in, unit I was looking for was not available but had to find something ASAP to store certain items that would not fit in the home. They offered me to transfer to another unit as soon as it opens up, but therefore as soon as one opened up they did not want to honor same special. It wasnt my fault that what I was looking for was not available at the time. Sue is a great representative though. Very polite, and understanding. I would only return to deal with her. Another young lady was not helpful at all. Specifically saying that I could not get into the special even though I got someone else to sign for the lease for me until it was able to be transferred into my name from what Sue had told us. IF YOU EVER COME TO THIS LOCATION, DEAL WITH SUE!!!!!!

Great Facility! but best of all the Jenifer in the front office is AWESOME!!@!! Great rates. Great Service. Very Helpful. They work with you past the limits that anyone else would which is a gem in todays world! If you are looking for the place to store you belongings of any type...THIS IS THE PLACE!!!!!! Only down fall is that I can not access my units 24/7. This not the fault of the facility but set by the Public Storage corp. I am a truck driver and often am in town during the very late night hours and need to get to my units in the middle of the night. I end up having to wait until the gates allow entry, regardless of my deadlines.

I have stored my RV here before when it was Uhaul. Cha Cori was so friendly and pleasant. There were several Ladies in the office when I arrived and everyone of them greeted me. I was given a tour of the facility and chose the lot I needed for my RV. Went back to the office and we just had the best time talking and joking around. I finished my paperwork and told them what a nice time I had and hashtagged my way home. I would so recommend this facility to everyone who needs a place to store your items and to believe when you leave that they will most honestly be taken care of.

My name is Pamela and I was very pleased with my experience with the staff at public storage. Sue and Jennifer were extremely nice, they provided great customer service and were very proffessional...for the most part you dont get all that in one stop shopping! The facility is very clean and the prices are very reasonable, not at all what I expected. Most storage facilities want to make a killing off of one tenant to support the other units that are vacant...crazy! ...anyway thumbs up! keep up the good work! :0)

Being new to the city I was in search for a storage facility. After a few days I decided to reserve my space online with the public storage located in Jersey Village. I was impressed! The manager called me the next day to confirm and to set up a time to sign the paperwork. When I arrived the staff and manager provided excellent customer service. In addition, the facility was very clean and I was happy with my decision in choosing this location. Thank you Public Storage for making my move a good move. TS

This is the most incompetent business Ive ever dealt with. Made a reservation online for a 10x15 climate controlled unit. Turn up before the date. The unit they have saved is a smaller nonclimate controlled unit and is $15 more than what I had on my confirmation booking. They dont have anything closed to what i have confirmed on my booking. Its back to the drawing board and need to find another unit now. Avoid this place.

My experience at this public storage location was extraordinary!!!!! The great customer service that I received from Katina just blew me away. Even though I asked a ton of questions, she was so patient with me and remained professional making sure that all of my curiosity was fulfilled! I would recommend this public storage to Obama himself if I could!!! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience Katina!!!!!!
