Im not familiar with any other storage facility, so I might not know a lot about this topic, but from my experience this location has been great. My company has had a unit here for many years, and we have opened and closed other units as necessary. The staff (namely Morgan) is always very helpful, and has been there for over 5 years, as long as Ive been going there! He always asks about the boss & his wife - very thoughtful. Occasionally you can catch the office unmanned when theyre out on their lunch break, but thats to be expected. The place is always clean and well lit, but without wasting energy as the lights are on sensors. They do raise the prices every year by an average of $30, so its a little pricier than some other places might be, but for a business, its perfect, and in a great location - right on I-10 & Beltway 8 W!

I have been at this location for a little over two years. Although, I am moving out this weekend I wanted to express what a great experience I have had. The manager Morgan has been very helpful since day 1 of my move-in. Every time I would call with questions or concerns he was very helpful. As for the unit itself: I was very impressed how clean and safe it felt. I had to move my whole apartment into a unit and Ive felt very happy with picking this location to store basically my whole life for the past two years. Next time I need to storage anything again I will be sure to come back to this location. Overall, great management, clean, safe and well maintained. Walking away a very pleased customer.

I have other storage units in Houston and recently needed to secure an additional unit with the idea of eliminating my other units and consolidating them into one unit...my needs were size, cost, location, ease of getting into and out of property, and having a site manager who was personable and helpful...all of these needs have been met with the 10801 Katy Fwy. location...I have a unit that is on the first floor that is easy to get to and will enable me to go from 3 units scattered throughout Houston into 1 unit with a savings of app. $300/mo...very happy with my choice of using PS and would highly recommend using them for all your storage needs....

I own my own business and therefore have crazy hours...I feel very safe going to this Public Storage location. It is always clean, well-lit and superbly managed! I have recommended this particular location to friends, family and business associates with great assurance that they will be completely taken care of in an extremely caring and professional manner. Due to the excellent manager and his team, I plan to continue using this facility as long as I own my business! Wonderful place to keep what I need for my company safe, easy to get to and easy to manage my inventory!!

He answered any questions..followed up with me to insure my reservation was good and gave me a tour and showed me exactly how the entry worked,, this storage facility is incredibly clean and the automated lights make it easy to find your way,, combination entry to the facility itself made me feel very safe any time i went .. thank you morgan,, truly a+++++

Morgan was very friendly,patient and knowledgeable. I had a reservation at a another facility and I arrived from driving out of town it wasnt available for me to store my furniture. I arrived at Morgans property right at closing time he gave great customer service. He turned a very stressful situation into a pleasant experience. He is a great asset to Public Storage.

What a great facility! The property manager, Morgan, is so friendly and attentive! The property is very clean and secure, and it was easy unloading all our treasures into the secure unit. Although I hate that I have so much STUFF that I need this unit, Im glad its conveniently located, competitively priced and very secure!

The storage facility is clean, well-lighted and secure. The facility manager, Morgan, is a professional who goes out of his way to help people. His mannerisms and helpful attitude make it a pleasure to see him whenever we use the facility. We have used other storage sites, but none compare to the one managed by Morgan

Morgan at the 10801 Katy Freeway location is such an asset. The facility is always clean and he is always there to help. I use my unit for business and Morgan has been a great business partner. If we have a delivery or need help entering the unit he is always willing to help.

Very attentive management who responds quickly. When I needed a new lock he quickly made the arrangements. The facility is clean and very safe. This is by far the best facility and best managment of any I have encountered. I would recommend this location with out reservation.

My Mother moved our "stuff" into this location over 15 years ago. We never had a problem and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Morgan the manager even started sending reminders when my Mom got a little absent minded with the bills until I took over paying them.

We rented two storage units at this location when we moved and it has been the best facility. Very clean. Always feel safe when were on the property. Its very well managed and the people here go out of their way to help. I highly recommend this location. Bravo!
