There is no problem with the location itself. Good Clean storage space :-) However, when reserving online I was given a move in price and once I arrived there were additional fees. I had planned on bringing just enough cash to pay for move in, fortunately I grabbed my credit card since it was almost $20 more with add-ons. You must use their lock which was an additional $20 and you must have their renters insurance which starts at $9 a month. The billing is also on auto-pay so you must have a credit card. And, the billing was never clearly explained until after all was said and done. When moving expenses are always high and it would be helpful to understand what amounts to expect at what time BEFORE making a commitment.

To whom it may concern. My wife and I are currently renting 2 of the largest storage units at this location. The onsite property manager, a very fine lady whose name is Jo, is doing a tremendous job providing customer service at the level as if she was the very person who created the term: Customer Service. Not only has Jo hung the moon, but Jo also place a frame around it. If you look closely, you can see the moon in the night sky. You may need additional telescopes to see the frame as it is so kewl. The naked eye cannot see the scope of this frame as it is way big, almost as big as the Universe. Even God Himself was impressed with the frame saying, "My My, Jo actually out did her bad self". I came here because the advertised 1$ for the first month. I made an online reservation which said it would only cost me $25 administration fee plus the 1$ for the first month. Upon arriving to sign up for the unit with all my stuff, the lady had me sign everything and said its actually $63 for this first month because the dollar fee, admin fee, mandatory insurance, and a prorated fee. Having no choice since I had no time to look elsewhere, I paid and proceeded to move my things in. 1$ for first months move in is a lie filled with hidden charges. 3 stars for superb cleanliness. Also side note- does not have 24 hour gate access and limited hours on Sunday.

We made arrangements to store some antique furniture for a few weeks. My partner gave Jo a really hard time given some questions she answered for us and the way he interpreted her responses. She responded to his anger appropriately and very graciously...very professionally! I was so impressed and somewhat apologetic for his petulance! Jo was intensely professional, accommodating, and helpful. She appropriately called to check-in before our anticipated rental time lapsed to remind us. Again, I was very impressed with her professionalism, her expertise, and her bearing. Thanks PS!

Jo is a wonderful manager. Very professional. She was very helpful in setting up and letting me cancel my unit. I would recommend her as an employee and as a manager. Location though, two thumbs down!! Downside is my unit AND the unit next-door got broken into in the same week. No cameras, no locks on outside doors. Spoke with two other renters who also got robbed. Insurance through PS is useless. Make sure you have NOTHING that cant be replaced in here, please get renters insurance that allows claims for places that arent your home.

I have had my unit for over 2 years and every time I enter the gate I am approached by the office manager, stating what I can and can not store in my storage. I pay over $200.00 a month for a 10x10 unit and Im always told you cant store that in this on this property or in the storage unit. If I didnt have so much stuff in my storage I would have moved along time ago. But til I find the right house, Im stuck and I dont want to move a full top to bottom 10x10 storage more then once. But once I do move out of the storage I will never go back.

Jo is just about the most pleasant, sweetest, delightful kind person Ive met in a long time. She did everything she could to get me what I was looking for at a reasonable price and was always looking out for my best interest in my crappy situation. Even after moving in the unit Ive gone back and she is always so happy to see you personally knows who you are and makes you feel so welcome!! I have rented numerous storage units before. When I walked into the office at this location I was greated by Jo with a big smile and a warm presence. My experience renting from public storage was very efficient as well as great costomer service. Not that my day was going bad, but the great conversation Jo and I had left me in a very good mood and my day became better. I would absolutely recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a unit. The property was clean as well. Big plus.

I have been very happy with manager Jo from this property. I found her to be knowledgeable in each and every aspect of your business insofar as any questions or comments I might have. As I am a cash customer I come in on the 1st of each month and it has been pleasure to have such a competent and well-informed and happy person representing this business. I will always look to Public Service for any of my storage needs and I would recommend them to anyone needing storage. Bravo!

I have rented space at this location twice - once for business and once for personal. I have found the staff to be helpful and conscientious. The location is clean and secure. Jo, the manager is especially helpful and respectful of her customers. She goes out of her way to be sure they have what they want in a very efficient way. I will be completing my move soon but would come back to this facility for any additional space or moving supplies I need in the future.

The unit is nice and a really great value. The location is near and its clean and well maintained. The staff are super friendly. I reserved my unit online and received a follow up phone call from Jo, she was really nice and setup a time for me to come in a finalize the lease. When I arrived Ken showed me the unit, how to use the locks and how to use the gate. He was really thorough, very friendly and answered all my questions. This Public Storage is a great value!

Jo greeted and showed compassion for my situation with having to move out of my expensive apartment, in my sensitive state, she was extremely kind. I pray I dont have to have my things there for long as I am low income, and havent the money to go long term. But I know it will be safe although the property isnt worth a lot, it means alot to me to be treated like a human being. Thank you, Jo.

I reserved a unit. After driving 900 miles and dealing with 4 dogs and the heat. The woman working the desk didnt like the way I looked and told me I could keep nothing of value in my unit, even told me I couldnt put a brand new tire for my motorcycle in the unit... then even before I sign anything she refused to return my money. Money I paid and received nothing for.
