Ive had my personal belongings in many storage units before but this company and location is bar far one of the best and easiest places to keep your things safely stored until your ready to move on. Not to mention the customer service I endured during the time frame I had my belongings there. I work in sales so customer service goes a long way in my book. Paulina, who assisted me with my storage unit, was a great deal of help. Super friendly and professional. I enjoyed my visits everytime. She always had a welcoming attitude n if I ever need to store my belongings in the future or need to recommend a storage unit/location.....Im sending them to Paulina off James Watt!!!

Im moving at the end of January. Since Im running on limited time due to my job, I Googled different storage places and decided on this location because of its high rating and positive reviews. First and foremost, Paulina and Chris were very friendly, attentive, informative, and very helpful. The storage facility in itself is in an excellent location, theyre very clean and from what I saw, theyve taken security measures to make sure my property is well taken care of. Not only do I recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage company but since theyre all over the US, I will continue to use them if I move to another state. Thank you Paulina and Chris.

Paulina was absolutely terrific! I called and let her know I was running late and she waited AFTER-HOURS to help me out! She even drove me to the unit to ensure I was getting what I wanted! I didnt feel rushed at all! She was an absolute hero and saved me a lot of time and money in additional rental fees for the moving truck. I definitely recommend anyone to rent here!

They had a special on 1st month free. I only needed it for a few weeks so I got a 10 x 20 that holds 3 to 4 bedrooms for only $33! (It was $22 administrative fee & $11 insurance fee.) Cant beat that!
