I rented a 10x10 unit for about 16 months. I never had an issue, always clean and friendly staff. Unfortunately, on my moving day the manager whom I had always known and spoken to since the beginning, made me moving out experience the worst ever!! She was a completely different woman, ordering my movers and myself to be out by 4p. Once she was questioned, she then said out by 5p. Keep in mind people, I did not owe any money, I paid my rent every month a few times late along with their late fees. As the movers and I realize that the U hual I rented along with my SUV was not enough to take all my belongings, I walked over to the office to ask for evidence of where it states I have to move out by 4 or 5p on the day prior to my payment due date. Supervisor did not open the door, and ignored my calls. My movers and I drove to the front where I then walked in through the front door, I patiently ask, show me where it states I have to be out by 5p because I need to come back in a bit for a few more things and I dont want you charging me another month just because Im an hour late of your deadline. Well of course theres no such thing, so she begins to insult me, yelling at me not to tell her how to do her job and that if I return, she was charging me another month. I was too upset at her tone to continue to argue so I left and told her I would come back with a police escort. I did return to storage without a police escort, my storage code was still active and was able to retrieve my items in peace. For those who have your belongings at this place, beware of this lady, she seems nice and all but on your move out date, shes gonna attack you!! Im still surprised at her attitude, coming out of nowhere and demanding things be done her way, and in addition, she insults you when you ask for written evidence of "the rules.." if your looking for a storage unit, theres plenty others Im sure will appreciate your business. Granted this place is very clean and seems safe, but when you move out, do so when shes not around to ruin the experience. Good luck!

My husband and I kept a simple 10x10 storage unit here for a great price. The owner even helped us with a promotion so the price was cheaper for a few months. Never had any issues with her or her staff. We always paid on time and even if she had to contact us, she was always polite and more than courteous. When we decided to move our furniture out, there werent any problems at all. Highly recommend renting here.
