Horrible customer service. I called in my first payment and asked to be put on auto pay. I gave the person my information and they assured me I would get an email to confirm. My second bill comes around I get assessed a late fee, I call and let the person know it was a mistake and I was basically called a lier and told I couldnt possibly have been told that. He refused to rectify the late fee, he couldnt have cared less and refused to take responsibility for the bad information I was given. I definitely will not be making any recommendations to family or friends and definitely not a "family" oriented business. Very disappointed in the SOL attitude I received.
