I highly recommend this location. The manager is very professional and friendly, and they have excellent rates when you reserve online. Their ad states that you can change which unit you have even on your day of move-in. I was glad for this, because after I looked at the 10 x 10 unit when I got there, I realized that yes, it would fit my stuff, but I would have no space to move stuff around. I went for the 10 X 25 unit, and they gave me a good rate on that one. The manager was very patient while I made up my mind about what unit would work best for me, and also while I read through the rental contract. I like to read before I signed. I usually have something about which I can complain or make a suggestion for improvement, but I am pleased to say that everything was perfect for a change. After dealing with Viking Movers, I needed something to go well. The way Viking movers smashed my boxes, stacked the furniture 8 feet high (while I am only 54"), and ignored all of my requests, I would have had a torturous experience redoing the sloppy Viking work, had I gotten the 10 X 10 unit. Twice I told Viking, "thats okay. Im going to have to redo the whole thing anyway", and they ignored me. Public Storage was such a welcomed relief after dealing with horrible Viking Movers.

Let me start by saying I am a military service member who travels ALOT . I HAVE been to many storage facility sites in more cities than I care to count and public storage on Palm ave. Has its flaws but makes up for it in the superior customer service. ( val ?) I hope thats right . she is amazing. Went above and beyond to help my million needs and Candra answered all 45 questions with awesome enthusiasm. And hands down would recommend this place to anyone on any day of the week for one reason .....val and can. Amazing

I walked in today to inquire on pricing for a storage unit for a family member. Mike was super friendly and eager to help. He showed me a unit on the ground floor. The property was really clean and Mike seemed to really care about what he does. I felt bad, for not renting today. But he assured me that he would be more than happy to help me when the time was right. Great customer service and a really nice building! I felt I was his top priority as soon as I walked in. 5 stars all day. Thanks Mike for making my day!

Walked in today to buy some boxes. Mike was super friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. I told him I wanted to price out some boxes for a project im working on. He showed me every box he could het his hands on. The price was a little high for these boxes. Je reassured me that they were high quality and worth the money. He also said he would buy any boxes that i havent used. I thought that was cool. Mike is super friendly and downright epic.

This is not the first time that I have dealt with Public Storage, it was such a good experience the first time that i decided to come back for my storage needs again. Candra the young lady that help me was great and made my transition very easy. I recommend them all the time when someone asks about storage. Candra thank you very much for all the help and even calling me back to make sure that I got everything that I needed. You are a true gem!

rented a space in July cancelled 3 days later because of circumstances beyond my control. tried to get a refund called the district manager Rob Fragoso he said he would look into it and said to call back. I tried calling back several times, left messages. Rob has never called me back I guess I got my answer. he should have at least had the guts to call back. I dont think that was very professional

The manager was very helpful, professional and answered all my questions (and I had a lot of questions). The facility is modern, well maintained, and spotless. I like the layers of security here, theyre secure but not the type of security that would leave you confused. I left with the sense that anything I store here is going to be well taken care of.

Candra and jose rock. they are so helpful, they have great customer service and they make you feel like family. Best experience with both of them. ive been there for over 2 years and not once have I had a bad experience. i would go in to pay my bill just to see them because of my great experience. highly recommended them over anything else. thanks guys

Rachel was awesome. She knows her storage stuff. She was very helpful, kind and tentative she truly cares about her customers and make sure that everything is clean and presentable. Specially was u was in need of a cart she went ahead and let me borrow it after hrs that was great customer service. Do recommend this location.

I walked in today with a problem; Im moving out of country but my old storage place is giving me a hard time . Luckily I met DAngelo. I walked in he was warm and friendly helped me get the right sized unit quick affordable. He answered all my questions and really helped make it easy.

Overall it is a nice facility and it is well lit, but, I cannot find cart when needed, Seems to me several people always trying to get in without code for gate, Used to have more carts at one time, not sure what happened to those..

Good overall, people are really friendly and helpful(candra). The prices kinda have gone up a bit but what hasnt. I have had the storage for a few years and have never had any issues or problems. very clean and well lit.
