I have had mixed feelings about this place. I have always had a storage unit, despite my own reservations about owning one since most of my stuff is just junk and more sentimental than valuable. I rented this unit before it became Extra Space..it was called Railroad Self Storage back then. When it was ran by Railroad Storage, one could expect an increase maybe once a year and it wasnt that drastic. However, I must admit that Extra Space did renovate and make the units more aesthetically appealing by painting the units and updating the fence. What I feel is unfair is the unit increases that come seemingly every three to four months. When I spoke to Chelsey she stated the company does 9 month reviews and compare them to competitors prices. Im not convinced this is accurate since my rates go up every couple of months. My rent increased from 54 to 60 dollars for a 5x10. Now granted this is cheaper than what is listed on the website (63 per month) yet when other competitors rates are lower Im sure the company does not lower my monthly rent. Furthermore, what competitors are they comparing it to? Doing a google search you can find better deals because of the new tenant specials. Now the obvious question is if other companies have better deals why dont I go over there. The simple answer is Im hesitant as to move all the stuff from storage to another place. However, if Extra Space does not rectify this problem, I will have to vacate the storage unit in the coming months. Im sure this is how all the storage companies work..and its unfortunate because this place seems to nickel and dime you any chance they get. BEWARE if you are planning to get a storage unit, they will increase the rate after several months. Their assessment of "nine month reviews" are not true. I write this review to inform others that although the staff is friendly and courteous it comes at a cost and renters should be aware of this. When renting a storage unit here.. ASK HOW OFTEN THEY INCREASE THE RENT. They are very well versed on how to "dance around" the question.

Extra Space Storage provides for all my basic needs in Corona. The company I work for does business within for multiple reasons. I have had a pleasant experience dealing with the employees who work here and communicating with them. They are always willing to help when I ask for something. And as an added bonus, the restroom always seems to be clean. The gates are accessible very early and very late in comparison to other local storage facilities. When I have questions, I can always give them a call. If they do not answer, someone always calls me back very quickly. In summary, a friendly greeting regularly, good customer service, and reliability seem to be what I can expect at Extra Space Storage in Corona. A pleased customer, Kevin Neal

This place is honestly the best storage company Ive ever rented from. Me and my wife have been renting here for several years now and though the management has changed it seems the standards have not.the customer service is unlike anything Ive ever experienced anywhere else. The staff makes it feel as though its a good thing that we are renting from them. Ive been to other places and received terrible service... The employees at those places seem to be bodies keeping the office warm whereas with extra space I see someone out on the property usually every time Im here. The customer service is so good here its almost SCARY. ;)

Andrew and his staff are professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. They have gone above and beyond to make our move out of state manageable... To know that our belongings are in a clean safe storage space provided peace of mind during a very stressful time. They were even able to work with us as problems arose and we were hundreds of miles away. Their corporate office should know what a great team they have at this location! I would absolutely recommend them if you have storage needs!

We were in need of a space storage in such short notice & was shopping around for the best deal in town but every storage we stopped @ was closed even though the office was supposed to be closed well needless to say we came across this storage place & office was open & Amanda was helpful right away with every question we had so within 20 min of us being here we got a new storage unit & @ the most reasonable price. I definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of a unit.

Very nice people that work there, never made me feel pressured about doing business with them, they were very polite and were very willing to show me all that they have to offer. i was always skeptical about storage units but i feel very confident keeping my stuff here. It has a police station right next door, coded gates to get in and out and after a certain time the gates lock, they also have alot of cameras throught out the property.

I went to location to get information O rates and services from Extra Space Storage. The facility was very clean and organized. I was greeted by the store manager Amanda. She was very helpful and detailed as to every question I asked. After quoting me prices on available unites, she took the time to show them to me as well. Great service as well as knowledge of the business.

These guys are amazing!!! Wayne greeted me so very warmly when I walked up, before I even got in the door. Then Zac walked me around (in the rain mind you) until we found just the right size for my needs. Tyler the manager gave me a great discount on my locks. Great service, and cute to boot!!! Helpful, courteous, prompt, clean...what else can I say. This is a top-notch storage place. I needed something quick as a result of a flood in our house. Staff definitely knows there stuff and I even got the first month free! Now sure how long well be with them, but I feel confident that my personal items are in good hands.

The manager Andrew made my move as easy as possible. He made it a point to save me time so I didnt have to fill out paperwork while my movers wait. He also let me borrow a dolly free of charge. Had plenty of space for the cheapest I found. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone!
