Hi ! I have been with Public Storage Chula Vista for years at this location. And a few months back I was able to speak with the Regional Manager visiting. I was so excited because I was able to tell him how pleased I was with the Management here on Main St. And he gave a card and explained how to write a review. I cant be more happy being a customer of Public Storage. Each time I visit to pay my monthly bill Raul or Rudy greet me with a smile & make me feel Im important. The bathroom is always clean which is always nice, because that says a lot about a facility. My unit has electricity and the light bulb went out. I mentioned it and Raul said "no problem". He replaced it immediately. This is what you call GOOD customer service. A caring management team is important to me,because I trust this facility with my treasures. If anyone asked me "Why do you stay with Public Storage Chula Vista, Ca.?" Id have to reply because of these two men. I am a satisfied customer, and will be for years to come. Mr. Regional Manager if you are reading this...thank you for taking time with me that day. Just having you listen to me meant a great deal.

We had a family member pass away and he had a storage unit at this facility. We had no idea how to get in or what to do. The front office team was very nice and helped us to get the proper paperwork filed and sent to the Public Storage Legal department to gain access. Took a couple of trips but each time they explained what had to be done and today we gained access. Still have a couple of loose ends to clear up but the office explained what to do next. The office team is very helpful and the facility is very clean and looks to be extremely safe, the inside units are protected by an outside lock that the office unlocks so visitors can only access the location of their unit. Bathroom is very clean. Very close to highway 5.

the time i started and now to the time i completed my last payment with the help of Raul and the amazing kindness from Rudy with his help on the phone while Im in another state was very welcoming and helpful , i truly appreciate them so much ! keep up the hard work! thank you for your patience and phone calls with helpful voicemails and always returning my call with such enthusiasm . you MEN NEED A PROMOTION! AND hopefully a big bonus or raise ! you sure do make the company look like an organized place to work for and very well structure , GOD BLESS you both! thanks for all your help! it doesnt go unnoticed . it was the little things that showed me so much grace . recommend this storage place before any !

The units are overpriced and not very well kept up. Unit rental payments are due on the first, and considered late on the 11th. Calls will start coming in on the first. We spoke to the rep and explained that we work and travel extensively and that we would be in just as soon as we returned to town. Another call the very next day, and two more calls again after that. It, in our opinion, is borderline harassment and not worth my business. So, with that in mind, I am taking my business elsewhere.

I have had a few storage units at public storage over the past 2 years. No complaints. As for customer service, I have had units at other places and the people were rude and not approachable. But not here, Rudy is very helpful and always has a smile on his face. One of the reasons I continue to rent a unit from them. I highly recommend Public Storage to anyone. Based on the great customer service alone.

This has been the best storage unit to date that I have used. Raul is the person that got me set up with the unit and I have called several times since with questions or needs and Raul has always been on top of it. He even had to call other people to get an answer for me once and returned my call with in twenty minutes with the info I needed. Great place great customer service!!!!

Great customer service, Rudy is pretty cool , helpful and easy going, he showed me the unit and explain everything to me very good. he deserves the 5 stars but I gave this store 4 stars because the schedule kinda sucks. I get off from work at 5 and by the time I go to the storage its closed (6pm) I wish you guys close at 7, 8, 9pm? that would be very very helpful for some of us

Raul and Rudy are great guys. I never have any problems with these guys as I have at other non public storage places. There always helpful in answering any questions or addressing any concerns and are always polite and greet you as a fiend rather than just a customer. I highly recommend this location

I visited the store today and spoke with Rudy. Never imagined the awsone customer service I would receive. I needed several boxes for my move and he helped me tailer tbe amount og boxes I would need. This storage facility is great!! Would definitely recommend.
