I was a renter for over 2 years and this place is awesome... I never saw one hint of a rodent, insect or any other pest. It is always clean and well maintained. I had a unit inside with a hallway access, and with the wind and dust in Fontana... I never even had any dust on any of my storage items nor did I have any sign of heat or weather damage to my possessions. They are very friendly, and even gave me a reminder call when my rent was due and I was able to pay over the phone, which was a really great feature. I also rented their trucks a couple of times during my stay there. They were reasonably priced and always available when I needed to use them, as well as supplies for moving.. I rented an applicance dollie and purchased mattress covers etc.. I would recommend this storage company to everyone that needs to store their belongings.. It is secure and a great place to have peace of mind with your valuables.

I came to this location with my mother because it was close to our home and had great reviews . But to my finding the young lady who works in the front office is rude and unkind, It couldve been because we came close to closing(1hr) and she wanted to leave for the night . She talked down to mother and rushed us the entire time we were there and even told us " can you please hurry and sign I have to go" this was by far the worst experience I have received ever! This review is solely based on the treatment we received from the young lady in the front office!

the people who own this facility are really incredible they have excellent customer service which is so rare to find anymore. The value is great and the staff is very friendly I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage units. ive been there over 5 years & never once had a problem.

They kinda nosey.. all in ya BUSINESS, I mean its only a STORAGE unit. Once I pay my bill, leave me alone please. If you dont want my BUSINESS terminate my contract, or leave me be... Thats it thats all..
