False advertising. I drove 40 miles one way to get a unit at the Corona facility. They would not honor the prices listed on their own web site. The prices were much higher for a 10X10 unit. They dont honor their own discounts and then they charge extra fees on top of that. I didnt measure their sample units but they sure looked smaller than they were supposed to be. I have to say the facility was clean and looked secure, so, if you are really desperate and willing to be overcharged.....they will be happy to take your money for a six month contract. Left the facility with a real bad taste in my mouth. Take a look at the reviews, all are two years old, would you think that they are phony reviews? Well now you have a current review, much different huh? I then went to another unrelated storage facility on Green River, in Corona. Let me tell ya, Cajalco Temescal Storage people should go there and get some lessons on how to treat customers, also, honesty in advertising. The competitors prices were fair, the discounts were real, the facility was nice, the counter people were friendly, and I left feeling like a customer should....happy.

This is coming from a man who has made a career in the service industry. I am quick to complain and write a bad/terrible review when I feel I had been wronged. There is an old saying in my industry,Please a customer and they might tell a friend. Piss off a customer, and they will tell the world. Well I took time out of my busy day, to let the world know about Richard and the staff there at Cajalco Temescal storage and RV Center. They have been nothing short of great. I mean that. I look up the term "Customer Service" periodically, just to see if Webster had put my picture next to those words yet. I have given up on my picture, and have submitted a picture of the staff there at Cajalco Temescal Storage and RV Center. They are far superior in the customer service than any storage facility I have ever deal with. Thank you Folks and Richard, I dont know who the boss is there, but you tell them I said to give you a raise.

Thank you CT Storage for making my moving experience stress free! The employee (an actual person) was very friendly & informative when I called. I search online for everything & I appreciated their photos, liked their location, & will enjoy their amenities. Their prices were good, and there was no hidden fees; they explained everything to me. When I went down there, the site was clean, people polite, & it felt secure. They gave us extended access for the long, long moving day we had, with no problems. They also rent U-Haul, I havent used that yet, but now know where to go. I also got some furniture covers, which were a very good price. I will happily refer my friends & family here should the need for storage arise! Thanks again CT Storage!

WILL NOT DO BUSINESS AGAIN. This place has charged my card numerous times. Valerie is just NOT HELPFULL AT ALL and has no customer service experience at all. She will not get up her seat to help at all. She has turned me down more than twice because I show up 10-15 minutes after 4pm. She says im late and she would not help me at all after the facility closes at 6pm? Dont understand. Anyways I want to thank ARTHUR MARTINEZ for providing me with great customer service and always going out of his way to help me and other customers. Too bad he is not there all the time to help.

"Need or want to move," need storage? Well, Cajalco-Temescal Canyon Storage is the best place in town to store your personal, antique and or not so antique things!!!! The customer service is incredibly excellent, with friendly and caring personnel to assist you in all your needs. . My experience with them has been excellent, always there when I needed them.. Would highly recommend this outstanding Storage facility. Youd be missing out if you dont at least try them!!!!!!!! By: JT

i rented a uhaul had to pick it up from here, about 3 weeks ago, the men working there were absolutely so nice, I was having such a bad morning already, and my daughter locked my keys in the car as I was getting the uhaul,, let me tell you not knowing these men, they made me and my 10 year old daughter feel so much better and talked to us made us feel so comfortable,, we need more people like them in the world I would def, go back get a uhaul and storage from them ,,

My husband and I started renting from them about 4 months ago and we have been very happy! They had the most competitive pricing for what we needed and we felt like the facility is in a good area and is very secure. We are moving abroad for a year while I go to grad school, so we needed to store just about everything we own! I especially like that they send you your invoice via email and I can just go on the website and pay my bill. Very convenient!

I have stored my three classic cars at Cajalco-Temescal Storage Center for over a year. I have been able to access the center at all hours without problems. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and easy to access. I recommend the center to any needing a safe, secure place to store your valuables and surplus goods. Their prices are fair and competitive. I have had my RV here at Cajalco Temescal Storage for over 3 years. I recently need a 10 x 10 storage unit and they were very helpful. Even loaned me a moving truck free. And since I was a rv client they even discounted the storage unit for me. They are very accomidating and always very helpful. I have sent others to them and they are very happy. I highly recommend them to anyone.

This storage is great! I really like the convenient location off of the 15. Denise was very helpful with me to figure what size storage I need. It was a very good deal with the special especially since I only need it for a few months. I recommend this to everyone.

We love Cajalco-Temescal Storage! Its secure, clean and has climate-controlled units available, which we love because we have a piano. They are always friendly and greet you as you come in.
