I want to thank Carlos for his outstanding service and his willingness to go above the call of duty to HELP people get exactly want they need. I have not received such great service in many years. Carlos is a caring person and a wonderful to work with. He not only gives great service, he thinks out of the box for solutions to you storage needs. I had to move with no notice ended up with 3 storage units. Carlos helped me, get it all done. He suggested differ solutions offered the moving truck and did a stellar job. Well done Carlos!!!!! I wish everyone business had a Carlos. in world where there is no SERVICE were employees dont care or take the time to help solve customer concerns and problems. It was so refreshing to meet a person like Carlos. His deserves a raise a day should be a model employee so that others can learn from him what customer service means. KUDOS TO CARLOS!!!!!! I would like to give Carlos a 10 !!!!!!!!!

I went to the facility a few days before my move date to do paperwork and take care of payment so I wouldnt have to do that on a busy Saturday. The office manager had me fill out a form and said that was all I needed. When I returned on the weekend I had to wait 35 minutes while the office manager entered my information into the computer and took my payment. The office manager was obviously ill and should not have been at work. My husband would not wait inside while the office manager completed the registration process (which I thought was taken care of with my previous visit) because the manager was so sick my husband just wanted to leave. Sure enough, two days later I became sick with a sore throat, cough and fever and had to miss a day of work.

My experience with US Storage on Knabe Road, Corona has been very positive. The individual that I have communicated with the most is Carlos Figueroa. In the eight months that I have had my possessions stored there, he has proven to be very astute to my needs as a client and accomidated me in any way that was possible. He is very professional and continues to make it possible for me store my things there- even though Im on a very tight budget. I went in to US Storage yesterday... I spoke with Carlos. He showed me a couple different size units. I called him today and agreed on a time he would be available for me to come in and sign a contract for a unit. As soon as I arrived, I met Mari, super friendly! She helped me out with the application... both her and Carlos were super friendly from the minute we arrived. I definitely recommend this US Storage to everybody!!! if I could give it more than 5 stars I would!!!

Employees are very helpful and informative. Carlos and Mari make moving experience less stressful by assuring us of the quality and safety of service the company offers. Carlos walked us through the process and answered our questions patiently. Gave us free use of their truck. Offered variety of packing materials. We truly appreciate Carlos time in explaining and answering our questions. I highly recommend to use this location.

Had a really nice staff member help me at this store. Prices are fair and the place is clean, friendly and helpful staff is a plus. The Manager Carlos was really helpful, informative and offered good customer service. I highly recommend this place to store your goods.i even sending my friend there, and she had gave me a good feed back on them also. every time i go there is make me feel welcome as all times.

High-quality storage units and nice people to work with - I liked their offer on their website, and it just got better when I showed up in person. I have a very nice experience every time I come to check on my unit. Carlos and the other members of the staff are courteous. Whenever I have any issues or questions they are friendly and helpful. I have been a customer since 2012 and will recommend US Storage to my friends. I like the fact that there is music playing while I sort out my stuff in the unit. Keep up the good work.

Awesome! 5 star service all of the way around. Carlos and Craig were very kind and extremely accomodating. The process was very simple and the facility was clean and well organized. Needed a place pretty fast. Spoke to Carlos over the phone and explained my situation. He gave me an extra month for half rent, and even let me choose which months I wanted. The place is a lot cleaner than most storage Units I have been to. The access hours allow for you to stay late if you need to and the move in comes with a free truck. Awesome!

Carlos, the property manager was excellent, the facility is well maintained, and we were happy with the rental process. Great service, great prices, great location!

Mari was very professional and showed me everything I needed to know at my first visit. She was very nice. Carlos, the manager, at the second visit and move in was also very professional and nice. We used the truck for a ten mile trip and we got everything in it and the unit was the right size.

Great storage center, with A+ customer service! The facility is very clean, the office stocks locks, tape, boxes, anything you could need for moving! They have a (pretty large sized) truck that we were able to use once for moving our stuff in. I would definetly recommend this storage center!

Carlos was very helpful. It was very nice the storage facility is very clean. The truck is a very good deal if yourre able to book it on your schedule. Lots of units on this property and different sizes are available.
