I was just told by the manager that I could not use the electrical outlets for lighting and that hebwasnt picking on me but 10 mind later as I proceeded to the entry gate there was another tenant right in front of the managers desk with an extension cord plugged in for lighting. Theres absolutely no way that RON the Manger did not see this. On a prior occasion I was told that I could no longer have use of the dumpster I merely replied I wish I would of known so that way I could make other arrangements RON yelled at me and said "Dont threaten me!! You can go somewhere else!!" I replied what I meant was I would make other arrangements to throw my trash elsewhere. Another occasion my wife and I were inventoring our storage and were approached corona pd that told us the facility called them that an alarm had gone off at my unit. I have 24 hour access when the police called the office there was no answer. I gave the police my access code for then to exit and I told them that the keypad would verify my permission to being on the premises after hours they apologized and asked us to have a nice rest of the evening.

The people who work here are great and very friendly. They genuinely care about their customers and have been so helpful during a very stressful move. Ive been in 3 other facilities and although most of the people who do this kind of work are nice, I have to especially thank Ashley for going the extra mile to make my move stress free. Climate controlled units are individually alarmed, has high ceilings, clean and secure. Units are one story and easily accessible and pretty private, I didnt see one person all afternoon while moving in unlike other facilities where there is always someone you see coming in or out. The units are designed and spaced out that not everyone is on top of each other to save space. 5 stars all the way. Glad they had the size unit I needed because I made a great decision by storing my stuff here.

Outstanding service all the way . . . I have had storage units in four different facilities all with different vendors . . . The 3rd Street Dollar Self-storage location has absolutely the most professional and friendly staff I have ever encountered in this business. They are always helpful - from providing a pallet jack (if you need to move pallets) to a bottle of cold water (when you are in the middle of a big move) or just a friendly word or smile. Easy access with great hours and flexible management who will work with you to make your move work! They have brand new rental trucks on the premises. Theyll even recycle old TVs and monitors for you! Really, dont bother with the other places in Corona - this is the best home away from home (for your personal or business items)!

Horrible horrible horrible!!! Dont use this facility they lie to you about everything from the beginning. The manager will.tell you what they offer on their premises but after you move your stuff in its all lies covering up all the lies told b4 renting. Will.constantly send emails to you asking for payment when you no longer have storage there. I wouldnt give it 1 star but that was the lowest rating you can give this scam artist place
