Im just GLAD I found Pouch Self Storage in Rancho Cucamonga when I needed one. They helped me out with their free move-in Truck to bring in my stuff.... GREAT BIG HELP right there....!!! Their staff are so nice and helpful and we call each other on first name basis and always share stories about anything we can think of, thats a very good feeling and that counts a lot to me knowing that these guys are the one keeping my stuff safe... GREAT FEELING right there....!!! and the place is so clean and safe....and everything you will need are just there easy to obtain even free use of clean restroom and free candies on the counter.... GREAT SERVICE right there.....!!! ...and the price is affordable and reasonable... GREAT SAVINGS for me right there.....!!! I dont have anything stored at this storage, but I do live right next to it. I asked them if they could cut down a tree that was dropping leaves all over my pool and yard wrecking the pool equipment and the grass. They were 100% cooperative, very nice about it and took care of it in a timely manner. I thought it would be a headache to deal with this situation until I talked to Linda who very kind and thoughtful about my property. I have had to deal with businesses in the past and usually it is always an unpleasant encounter, but not with Pouch. If I ever need to store anything of mine I would for sure store it here....Customer service is an A++ here!!!!

This place is always clean, I feel safe, and staff are super helpful and friendly. Bathroom is impressively clean. My recent visit there was about couple of weeks ago and I was there for almost a day organizing and the entirety of the time Tulsi was very helpful and the bathroom was consistently clean. In any given time I always find the rest of the staff to be very helpful and courteous which makes me comfortable that I made the right choice when I was searching for a storage facility. For the staff, Judy, Linda, and Tulsi... youre doing an amazing service, first-rate! Thank you so much!!!

I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of storage! They provide you a truck when you first move your stuff in which saves you a fortune. They are open 7 days a week and they stay open late so its easy to get in and out of your storage. The customer service is always a 10. Two times I have had financial problems paying my bill and Tulsi and Kimberly were so helpful in working with me and giving me a chance to get caught up on my payments. It is refreshing to deal with a company where the staff is helpful and professional all the time

Personnel working there were the best and most knowledgeable individuals. They were very helpful and went over and beyond the normal customer service. There truck picking up service was just what we needed and Linda was very patient waiting for us to load and unload. Great place to store your equipment.. I am from Florida and had my tow truck stored there for a couple of months. When I got there I had some issues with the person that stored it for me. I had to wait about 45 minutes but during that time Tulsi and Jennifer made me feel very welcome. They did all they could to help me out. They even helped me jumpstart my truck. Awesome experience especially not knowing anything from out of town

The employees are very friendly & I truly like that they give you a courtesy reminder. Most of all I love the prices, which got me to leave Price Self Storage on Haven @ 210 fwy. I will always recommend this property, it sounds too good to be true (low prices, friendly employees, clean premises) but I havent seen better than this property.

first i like when you come in you haft to enter a code at the gate all the time keeping unwarranted out. i love how the place is clean. and to a point the staff is friendly. i like how i can get to my RV Anytime i want if we need an RV Storage For Any Reason This would be The Place we Come Back to and invite others to try this place out.
